- Consistent unavoidable crash in the Afterlife after Voodoo Boys, when Johnny wants to talk to Rogue in order to get revenge on Adam Smasher. There is a brief scene where you get a tattoo, take both red and blue pills and drink alcohol, then there's a scene where Johnny finds the woman and asks if its her. He says he needs to take care of one thing first, looks at someone in front of a toilet, and the game freezes. Tested three times.
