Backstory: He used to be a sailor. Now he's a fighter.

Abilities/Spells:

	Seismic Wave: By slamming his anchors into the ground, he creates a wave through the ground in a straight line in front of him. This just has a big cooldown.

	Docked: Pok throws his anchor, wrapping the chain around a target and locking them in place with the anchor.

	Weather the Storm: By giving up mobility, Pok takes half as much damage from the next ability that is aimed at him, excluding limit breaks. (CD:2)

Limit Breaker:

	Call of the Ocean: Pok calls upon the ocean, absorbing all water from surrounding sources and turning it into a whirlpool that drags people into it, friends and foes alike. Pok can wade through it at half speed.
