  1. If you do not yet know what a tier is, or why we have them, please click here (link: http://www.pokemonperfect.com/forums/index.php?threads/what-are-tiers-and-why-do-we-have-them.3604/). Our tiers on Pokémon Perfect go by different names to those used on Smogon. A number followed by the letter U, e.g. 1U, 2U, 3U, represents a main tier on Pokémon Perfect. For a tier to be a main tier, it must be balanced (nothing is too powerful and game-breaking) and diverse (variety of Pokemon and strategies) enough. A number followed by the letter P, e.g. 1P, 2P, 3P contain anything that's not good enough in the tier above (except in the case of 1P) but is not allowed in the tier of the same number. You can view our tiers here (link: http://www.pokemonperfect.com/forums/index.php?threads/pokemon-perfect-tiers.3384/), a more in-depth explanation of the tier's names here (link: http://www.pokemonperfect.com/forums/index.php?threads/pok%C3%A9mon-perfect-tiering-nomenclature.3352/) and an in-depth explanation of the tiering system here (link: http://www.pokemonperfect.com/forums/index.php?threads/pokemon-perfect-tiering-system.3481/)
