i love electric seed hawlucha in OU, but i wanted to make it work in UU as well, even without koko - so i used heliolisk. z-electric terrain gives helioisk +1 speed + the terrain, allowing it to outspeed common scarfer, crobat, adamant mega swampert in rain, mega pidgeot, etc. it's also nice to have a strong z-thunderbolt if you think z-electric terrain isn't that useful your current game.

hawlucha can only really do something when it's item is used, otherwise meh. thats why i made it bulky without any speed EVs. it still outspeeds everything in this tier once the electric seed is used (unless weird scarfed weaviles lol). sub allows hawlucha to bypass toxic and to set up on stuff like alomomola and gliscor.
