You can right-click with the correct item to spawn a region.

	//Energy spawns a region.

This will make you the owner of the region, allowing you to build inside it, but not other players.

	//koder places blocks outside the region, and then tries to place them inside the region.

As expected, I won't be able to build inside another player's region.

	//Energy tries to place blocks inside koder' region.

If you want to add a player to your region, and allow them to build, you can do so using the region interface.

To open the region's interface, right-click the block, and some options will appear in the chat.

	//Energy opens interface.

You can either toggle visible outlines, manage whitelisted players or see who is allowed to build.

	//koder tries to break blocks inside Energy's region.

To add a member, click [Manage Members] and [Add], and follow the instructions given in the chat.

	//Energy adds koder to his region.

Now, koder is allowed to build in my region, and I can see that in the member list.

	//koder breaks blocks inside Energy's region.

If I want to remove koder from the whitelist, I can instead click the [Remove] button and type the command.

	//Energy removes koder from region.

	//koder tries to break blocks, but can't.
