6) How active can you be per day? If you are selected for an interview, you will be held to the hours you have provided. If you state 8h+/day, we will be on top of you making sure you put in 8h+/day, and if you don't, you'll have some explaining to do. During school days I can give up to 2 - 3 hours due to numerous state tests that will be coming up, my parents expect me to focus on school over the internet. Although, during the weekends / any form of break I can contribute a majority of my day for being online depending on my home situation. As a number of hours during the weekend, anything above 5 - 6 hours.

7) What languages can you fluently speak? I fluently speak English.

8) Have you ever been banned, muted, blacklisted or otherwise punished on Velt or Arcane? I was banned from arcane ages ago accidentally using a friends alternate account which was later banned. Therefore that leading to the ban on my main account at the time. Smaller short time mutes were distributed to my account for toxicity or spam. Although, for my duration on my Trail account I have not recived any toxicity / spam mutes or any form of punishments. I feel that I have matured overtime and I began limiting my toxicity in chat. I've told myself that the toxic side of me needs to end, and I need to grow up and realize it's just a block game.

9) How long have you been playing Velt for? I have been playing velt for almost a year, maybe a year and a half. It's just something about the server that I truly enjoy, it keeps me coming back every SOTW unlike many other competing servers. I highly doubt that I will be leaving the community any time soon so expect my activity on the server :).

10) Why do you want to be staff? I've had a lot of staff experience in the past, and I've had a large break in being apart of a team. Looking back at my experience I reminisce on my time at Velt. I feel like coming back because I really miss the experience. After an embarrassing mistake in the past I feel that I learned my mistake and improved. The experience of being a staff member is even more fun than playing HCF in my opinion. Of course, you can look at the word fun and assume that I mean messing around. It's a strange feeling although logging onto Velt, doing support rooms, helping people with their needs, whether it be assisting them because a cheater killed them, or just answering simple questions about the rules or even if they would like to know where to apply to become a staff member just like I'm doing right now! I don't want to say that HCF is becoming boring because Velt really makes it fun. Though, I would like a break of the playing aspect and to come back to being a staff member. I want to become staff because I miss the entire aspect of logging on and doing support rooms, talking to new players and gaining a reputation as a helpful staff member who everyone would want to speak too, just because they could get a job done. Of course, I can see many applicants striving to be like this. Whenever I was first staff, I wouldn't ever leave teamspeak. I would practically grind support rooms and make sure they're all clear. Though being younger and dumber about being staff on an HCF server I wasn't too sure whether I was doing things right. I've been apart of the community for a while although I never was staff on any other HCF servers before velt. I made mistakes leading to my demotion. Why I want to come back so much is because I've learned from my mistakes and I feel that I could come back and do a great job, avoiding mistakes like before. I know I could shine as a Trail Moderator due to this past experience and the fact that I understand what I am going to see as a potential staff member, I wouldn't need as much help or attention like newer staff members.

11) What is something you like about VeltPvP currently? As cliche as this sounds, I enjoy how active the players are. You see many other HCF servers that aren't thriving as well as VeltPvP. Something about the HCF server gives you a " just like home" feeling. While other servers don't seem to provide the strange personification. To add to this, Velt is consistent with it's SOTWS and I feel that the current staff team is doing a magnificent job with handling player requests and support rooms. During a packed SOTW the support rooms are being handled with a snap of my fingers. I get the help I need so I can continue playing the game. Of course, dealing with many toxic players of the community it is difficult to deal with so many issues (I can relate to this because I am an ex staff member on Velt). Though, with the toxicity and some of the hard headed players to deal with the staff team does a great job with handling issues. Besides the staff team, back to my original topic, the activity that many other servers lack. I feel that Velt is so successful because of its consistency, constant SOTWS play a large roll in this, with a lot of SOTWS comes a lot of SOTW. I don't know about a majority but I love getting set up whenever the server I play on releases, I tend to play with a different faction every map so it gives me an opportunity to meet new people every map. 12) What is something you dislike about VeltPvP currently? I understand that Velt and any other HCF server needs to make money. Although I miss OG HCF. Of course I wasn't as OG as many other players. Looking at videos of Stimpay and SoupSkidz, thats the HCF that I really want. Expensive lives without OP kits or Keys to give you an easy set up. Shorther SOTW times alongside with less OP kits would make HCF a lot better than it is already. Ranks would go back to cool prefixes, although rank priority could be the same as it is already. Kits would be either less useful or deleted. I think many players could agree with me, but the issue is that the server wouldn't be making as much money as it is already ( I can only assume Velt is making a lot during every SOTW) Though, I don't want to say that I dislike VeltPvP. I think it's HCF in general. If Velt could make the change; many other server would probably follow it and it could make a large change for the entire gamemode.

13) How long have you been playing HCF? I've been playing for years now. I began during Kohi not truly understanding how everything worked, so I messed around, I truly began whenever Viper came out. Playing with close friends on all types of HCF servers, wherever there was a SOTW I would grab a group of friends and we would grind for days and move on. Not until I began playing Velt (Last year) was when I took it seriously, uploading practice fights and trying to make a name for myself, around then I would constantly play day after day with a new faction roughly every map. Velt has really given me a chance to meet a lot of people and make a lot of longtime internet friends. In general HCF has always kept me coming back over and over. I've been playing almost for years now and I've hardly ever took breaks besides whenever I was a staff member

14) What is your opinion on HCF's current state on VeltPvP? Currently I like how Velt is, I still feel that I can keep playing Velt map by map without it being just like OG HCF. I think it's one of the best HCF servers out there and that it's just like "home". The server is in a perfect spot when it comes to the opinions of players and it should not make too many changes regarding its ranks or the overall style of the gamemode, although taking my idea into consideration would make a cool change in the entire gamemode as a whole!

15) Out of all the gamemodes offered at Velt, which one would you say you play the most? Please specify the one server you believe you spend the most time on i.e; I play Practice the most I like to split my time on practice and HCF. Lately I've been spending a lot of time on practice grinding clips for videos. Mixing in HCF time to play with my faction :).

16) For the gamemode you play the most, what is one thing you would have changed about it (If anything)? Like stated above for the overall idea of HCF, it should be just like old Kohi, or just the OG type of HCF. Bring the overall concept of expensive lives without crates, or a debuffed form of what HCF currently has. There shouldn't be a need for April keys, or customized keys besides the ice key, or some type a valuables key.

17) Aside from Minecraft, do you play any other team based sports or video games? I actively play CSGO, I am apart of my Highschools team, and we are currently playing a LAN at Dreamhack Austin this summer! Apart from the LAN, I play ESEA and I scrim often with friends. I was apart of my Highschools track team running the 100 and 200m race, including highjump for JV. I also played for the JV football team as a runningback. I played on my highschools golf team and made it to state. I finished all three seasons well and I am now focusing on studying for the rest of my highschool year.

18) Why should you be accepted over other applicants?

Experience: With my previous history as a staff member on Velt and The Archon (whenever it was a large server) really puts me at an advantage over many other applicants. Already knowing what to do and focus on as soon as if i were to be accepted is important compared to the others who would need short term guidance for their first week as a Trail Mod.

Maturity: As a staff member it is evident that you must be mature, I've known toxic people who've been accepted as staff and basically pretending to be someone who they are not. Putting on a mask of maturity, from past experience people like this are difficult to work with, and when it comes to me and my maturity, I don't lie and I don't pretend to be someone who I'm not. Willingness to work : Being that I glorify HCF and Velt itself there isn't a doubt that I would stay as active as possible and would do almost anything to further my experience as a staff member on Velt. I would always try to be anywhere where there is some issue, whether it be someone using /report on a sketchy user or someone waiting in teamspeak and needs help in that exact moment.

The Archon as a Moderator: This was one of my very first positions of staff, beginning as a helper moving up two positions and finally resigning after my information leak. I have held the role for roughly 8 months before my resignation

VeltPvP as a T-Mod: This was either my third or fourth role as a staff member. Though it not lasting, I was demoted for a reason that I still am unsure of today. My best idea was that I unvanished in front of a partner while he was streaming or recording, if this was the reason, I've thought about this for a while and I feel that I've matured, If i were given the second chance I wouldn't ruin it over acting unprofessional, from now on I would prefer to stick to my assigned duty and avoid anything extra like my previous mistake has shown

I Would like to note, I was staff on numerous CSGO Surf / Retake servers holding a forums moderation role, and an Administrator role in game. This gave me mute, ban, and tempban permissions
