  32. I'm confused by this request. If you'd like to contribute to [package] then please make a pull request on the repository. If this request is to publish a new project then please use a different name.
  33. Thanks, [Requestee]

  43. Hi,
  44.
  45. [Requestee]: We're guessing you're busy, with hopefully all good things, to focus on such requests. Since we've not heard back from you, we'd like to proceed with [Requestor]'s request to use the [package] package name. Please let us know by October 29 if this is a concern.
  46.
  47. [Requestor]: Please let me know if you've heard back from [Requestee]. If we've gotten no response by the 29th, I'll add @[Requestor] as owner of the [package] package. We appreciate your patience.
  48.
  49. Thanks so much.

  61. Hi [Requestor] and [Requestee]
  62.
  63. [Requestor]: Thanks for starting this conversation and CC'ing npm support. I'll keep an eye on this discussion and if there isn't any progress in a few weeks, I'll respond directly.
  64.
  65. [Requestee]: We would really appreciate if you would be willing to work with [Requestor] on this issue. If you agree with this request, then you can run `npm owner add [Requestor] [package]` or you can let me know and I'll be happy to do the work on my end.
  66.
  67. If either of you has questions about this process, please let me know, I'll be here to help!

  79. Hey [Requestee], I was wanting to know if I could get publishing rights to the package [package] I'm wanting to make it a websocket library that provides a socket.io like interface to the ws / uws libraries for better performance if that's alright with you, you can do `npm owner add [Requestor] [package]`.
