+nationalparksign __ Apparently the kid was 3 and not 4 (i.e., making your points even stronger). I want to put together a video on the "gorilla" event - but it's a low priority.

A key detail is that - as you noted - they shot the gorilla while the kid was allegedly between the gorilla's legs! How is that not catastrophically dangerous?

You'd certainly want footage of the alleged "kill shot" if only for "legal reasons" just in case the kid got injured/killed in the process etc.

Also - apparently everyone there had been "moved away" before the "kill shot" which is why no one actually filmed it. How convenient. Good thing they weren't in a hurry to rescue the kid.. ))
