Obviously he mails not-ayane, and abigail concerning this, but in less detail. More a head's up something's gonna happen soon.

As for Zidane...

"So I've been given some thought on how to approach this situation and here's the little farce I've come up with. We will be dolls (how did that name stick anyway? We should just all be called Terrans or something) who survived the first war, and were given a task and blessings from Vivi himself to act against any who would exploit our race again, or that of any artificial being. To see this to fruition, he gave us extended lives in a manner similar to his children. That said, we will 'fail' this mission by 'kidnapping' her body double and a couple of others, unaware of the mistake if we can help it. Going for the gold in her own stronghold, with all her soldiers, is a bit brazen after all, even if we have the element of surprise. Our title will be The Endless Waltz.

"The big benefit here is it allows us to act incognito in a manner that she can't start pointing Ultimas at a nation because we pissed her off, but does give her a vendetta against -something-. A mixed blessing is the plan doesn't really mesh well with bringing along any of the girls who are in Treno. That gets really risky given how easy it seems fro them to be recognized, especially after being gone so long.

"The big dowside is well, none of us are mages. We can go with the idea that we traded our magic for our lifespans, and employ mechanical and alchemical means of fighting magic users. We could also try to employ stage magic, but that seems a bit risky given a lot of these girls are probably familiar with it by now.

"I'll also be writing Walt to see if he'd like a personal stake in this, or, at the least, if he could help us prepare convincing disguises and equipment for it. I'll also try to see if any individuals in the village would be interested in joining this facade - including Vivi's kids, as well as people around Treno. Do you have any idea of someone else who would have a very personal stake here?

"Hope things are going well with Garnet,
