BACKGROUND
    1. I (John Erin Binns) am a 19 year old citizen of the United States who formerly resided in Izmir, Turkey at the time of these incidents. I have allegedly engaged in high-level blackhat hacking activities and am under investigation by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Anchorage, Alaska. I was also stopped by the US Department of Homeland Security at London Heathrow Airport in 2017 and questioned about “travel to Syria”. I believe that I was placed on a terror watch list within this year (See Exhibit #3). I have never travelled to Syria or associated myself with ISIS in any way.
    2. “The Facility” (48.345941, 12.137753) (Exhibit #1) is part of the KBO hospital in Taufkirchen, Germany. The Facility had a Turkish director or owner at the time of these incidents and was abused by Turkish intelligence to hold enemies of the Erdogan regime and suspected terrorists within Germany. A mental hospital is the ideal location for an unlawful detention center/”black site” because the authorities will usually not believe anyone who is held at one. The other patients and I who were held at this site would repeatedly call emergency services but the call center workers would not believe us.
    3. The Turkish government has a secret program where terrorists are extrajudicially killed or placed in a room with pesticides pumped inside to cause permanent brain damage.
    4. Turkish Intelligence hitmen #1 and #2 were a male and female present on flight PC 1019 in the two seats in the row behind plaintiff. (Exhibit #4)
    5. The unknown Delta Force agents were present at the Facility on or about July 7, 2019 in order to facilitate my extraordinary rendition to Anchorage, Alaska on hacking charges.
    6. The unknown MIT agents infiltrated the Bundespolizei station of Munich International Airport on July 7, 2019.
    7. Unknown female CIA agent #1 was present in the gas room at the Facility with my mother in the early morning hours of July 8, 2019.
    8. Azaiah Chadrick Crosswhite was an informant working for both the CIA and FBI. Jared A Fazah was a state-sponsored paramilitary hacker working for the CIA. Both individuals witnessed the actual (failed) use of a chemical weapon on me at the Facility while it was being live streamed as a “destruction video”. Crosswhite and Fazah would also encourage me to commit a mass shooting or murder with the promise that “everything will be over” once the crime is committed.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS
    1. In the weeks before July 7, 2019, I was a target of MIT hitmen attempting to extrajudicially kill me due to a false accusation of ISIS affiliation from the CIA. I once narrowly escaped getting abducted at Konak Ferry Station in Izmir by hiding in Alsancak Nevvar Salih Hospital. My name came up as a wanted terrorist on the hospital computer and I was interrogated for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan about my “affiliation with ISIS” after being given two injections of haloperidol or possibly sodium pentothal, which is often used as a truth serum. The name of Azaiah Crosswhite (a drug and steroid addicted CIA informant) also came up on the hospital computer, and I overheard the doctors talking about this.

    2. On July 7, 2019, my mother (Seyhan Binns) purchased tickets for me to travel to Munich from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) on flight PC1019 after I convinced her I was in danger. I did not know at this time that my mom was an agent of MIT.

    3. I planned on telling German immigration police about my situation and seeking temporary protection in Germany as I was getting actively targeted for an extrajudicial killing by both MIT and the CIA. I never envisioned that MIT could easily infiltrate a German airport using false Bundespolizei.

    4. After entering the transit area of SAW, I started feeling a burning sensation on my neck and my heart would race very fast. I believe these were the effects of a portable microwave weapon MIT was using within the airport. Portable microwave weapons are used for covert harassment by intelligence agencies around the world, as they can make a target look mentally ill, and their use is unacknowledged by all countries worldwide despite the technology being an open secret. (See Exhibit #5). I believe that MIT’s intention was for me to have an outburst (a perceived mental breakdown) so that I would miss my flight to Munich.

    5. (Conspiracy and attempt to commit murder onboard an aircraft) About 30 minutes after flight PC1019 took off, I started hearing a male and female in the row behind my seat talking to each other about how they were hired to kill me by puncturing me with a needle in my seat, how it was sad that they had to kill me and how the Turkish government had told them that I was an ISIS member. They were also discussing the fact that Huseyin Sengul (one of my relatives) told them I was a “dirty Russian” and that MIT did not provide my name to them for security reasons. In 2018, I showed Sengul how to get free internet on any Android phone using a special brand of Russian SIM card. Sengul also saw espionage equipment and other electronic equipment (soldering irons, parts) in my room. I believe that Sengul thought I was working for the Russian government and that Sengul himself is affiliated with MIT in some way.

    6. I alerted a cabin crew member about the male and female’s plot to kill me. I was told by the female cabin crew member that they would call the German police to the plane door and that the cabin crew was making the male and female drunk so the police could easily make arrests. However, once the plane landed, the cabin crew member started telling me to *not* contact the German police and to listen to my mother. I believe that the crew member was complicit with MIT for this reason. The German police also never came to the aircraft.

    7. I gave a member of German immigration police a piece of paper explaining the microwave harassment that I had faced from MIT, but was not given the opportunity to fully explain my situation. My mother was also discrediting me and claiming that I’m mentally ill to the police officer. At this point I realized that she was somehow involved in the plot against me. Officers later came and took me to the Munich Bundespolizei station.

    8. (Espionage, Impersonation of government officials, Conspiracy to commit murder) I was placed in a cell at the Bundespolizei station and police officers outside were watching me. I realized that something was abnormal when I heard a male (fake Bundespolizei officer) talking to my mother in the Turkish language. I realized at this point that Turkish intelligence had somehow infiltrated the Munich airport. I also heard them discussing whether to hire me as a member of MIT or not. I overheard the fake police (MIT) talking about “ausganging”/”exiting”/killing me and destroying my luggage as I was allegedly an ISIS member and enemy of the Turkish government. (“Exit” is an intelligence community codeword/term for killing someone). I convinced the fake police to send me to a mental hospital and signed the necessary paperwork as I was in genuine danger and simply wanted a way out at the time. I did not know that the “mental hospital” I was about to be sent to was actually controlled by Turkish intelligence and a Turkish director. After I signed the paperwork, I overheard the fake police discussing in Turkish that I was lucky to be going to a mental hospital, as they usually kill suspected ISIS members.

    9. (Kidnapping) Once I boarded the ambulance, the workers there started talking to each other about the cybercrimes I allegedly committed and about somebody named Rosenberg “wanting blood”. I realized that the workers were likely part of an intelligence agency and that I was in serious danger. When the ambulance arrived, I went into the Facility, not knowing what was about to happen. The same fake Bundespolizei officer who spoke to my mother also came inside and told the staff working there that they should fry my brain with gas (“fry yapin” in Turkish) and that I would then be transported to Anchorage International Airport in Alaska by Delta Force. I started panicking at this time and attempted to escape the Facility.

    10.  (Attempt to cause serious bodily harm, espionage) I was forcibly put in the gas room (see Exhibit #2) and a worker activated a metal fan with an aerosolized pesticide or other form of chemical weapon. I breathed in through my shirt with saliva all over it on purpose as I believed it would prevent me from becoming mentally disabled. There was also a camera in the room livestreaming everything as a “destruction video” to Azaiah Crosswhite and Jared Fazah. Crosswhite had stated before: “[they] (the CIA) are going to send me a copy of your destruction video”. About 3 hours after I was put in the room, I heard a helicopter landing very close to the Facility. The helicopter was likely carrying soldiers from Delta Force. In the early morning hours of July 8, 2019, unknown female CIA agent #1 came into the gas room with my mother. At this point I was faking mental disability. She told my mother that I would be found mentally incompetent once I’m in Anchorage and forced into a plea deal for 10+ years in prison, as the plea deal would be the “easiest way out” for me. The CIA agent discussed previously living in Australia and had a Croatian or Eastern European accent. She also told my mother to keep her cell phone turned off and destroy any receipts (coffee shop receipts, hotel receipts, etc).

    11.  (Harassment/Torture) The staff later realized that I was faking mental disability but decided not to attempt the gas room on me a second time. During my time at the Facility, the staff played tape loops of Turkish words on a loudspeaker in the hallway (“gerizekali”/retarded) and an African lady would use a portable microwave weapon to remotely give me absence seizures lasting a few seconds. She would also torment me saying that I was going to be “ausganged” and that “everything is finished”. Most of the people that I met in this hospital were Turkish or somehow affiliated with Turkey. A European lady at the Facility told me that intelligence agencies would often use fake mental hospitals as cover for black sites and that “the Turks/orientals usually don’t kill”. I also attempted to call the police using the cell phone of another “patient”, but the police told me that I belonged in the hospital and would not believe my pleas for help.

    12.  (Murder) I witnessed a male staff member putting on a motorcycle helmet and murdering a lady who appeared mentally and physically disabled with an icepick or some type of garden tool. I then saw staff members cleaning up the resulting mess with a bag and industrial detergent. The staff told everyone to return to their rooms right before the murder happened, so I was one of the only witnesses.

    13.  The hospital staff attempted to give someone from the local court guardianship over me (this request was refused by the court) and also gave me a false diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia on my second day at the Facility without evaluating me even once. The doctors were also mostly Turkish as was the hospital director, whose name I saw on a piece of paper hung on a wall. I remember that the name was Ayhan Isiltan or something similar. However, even the doctors with Turkish name tags would refuse to speak that language and instead pretend as if they didn’t understand it.

    14.  Turkey falsely told the German government that I was one of their citizens and the German government had me deported to Turkey on a Pegasus flight. I tried claiming asylum and asking the Bundespolizei to call the US Embassy as a last resort to prevent my deportation back to Turkey, but both requests were refused. On my flight back, a Turkish National Police officer named “Zeki” told me that I’d have to get a mental hospital report as a “formality” on my first day back in Izmir. The TNP officer also told me that the US government sent them a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) request for foreign evidence in relation to a possible cybercrime indictment.

    15.  The Turkish government prevented me from boarding flights to Europe three times and forcibly had me taken to Dokuz Eylul Hospital/given antipsychotic injections as part of the cover-up. They also conspired to but did not perform ‘retard-making’ on me, which is the worldwide practice of giving people who discover too many government secrets or are involved in a major incident brain damage at a hospital using a neurotoxic drug.
