- (20)+5= 25
- welp
- Lily Palmer: (ok)
- roo i. (GM): "have it your way then!" berith raises his lance and his horse inmediatelly begins heading your direction at a steady, almost smug pace
- rolling 1d20+4 to hit with the side of the lance
- (4)+4= 8

- "such manners" he says with a fairly angry voice
- Lily Palmer: "yeah yeah whatever"
- I claw at him
- rolling 1d20+3
- (3)+3= 6
- roo i. (GM): your claws bounce uselessly off his armor
- "are you done playing games?"
- Lily Palmer: "nah not yet"
- (end turn)
- roo i. (GM): ok, you move over there
- "well then"
- berith lets out a guttural roar and you hear the catapults setting off in the distance
- roll acrobatics
- Lily Palmer: rolling 1d10+5
- (3)+5= 8

- (2)+5= 7
- (shit lol)
- roo i. (GM): WELP
- rolling 3d4 fire damage
- (2+3+1)= 6
- take 6 damage, the ball of fiery death crashes and you are too distracted on berith to avoid it
- you can hear him chuckle
- he moves to a more advantageous position, getting further away from you
- your turn
- roo i. (GM): you move out of the way of the flames and get closer to berith
- Lily Palmer: I throw the 8 ball bomb at him.
- roo i. (GM): thankfully you didn't decide to do something stupid and go over them
- alright. since we are using maps. every bomb is a blast 1. the holy hand g. is 4x4
- roll to hit i guess?
- Lily Palmer: rolling 1d20+3
- (1)+3= 4
- WHY
- roo i. (GM): the bomb doesn't even explode
- you have no idea if that thing needed something else or whatever
- Lily Palmer: I fucking alchemized a dude. Great.
- roo i. (GM): end turn i guess?
- Lily Palmer: end turn :s
- roo i. (GM): (psst. since that damn thing costed a fair buck, you can pick it up again for a minor action if you go to the same square.

- rolling 1d20+4
- (17)+4= 21
- rolling 2d6+2 damage
- (3+2)+2= 7
- the strenght of the blow pushes you back. you find yourself somewhat breathless. but berith, the oh so honorable duelist, allows your recovery

- I take a whack at him with my guitar.
- rolling 1d20+3
- (18)+3= 21
- roo i. (GM): it hits
- Lily Palmer: rolling 3d8+3
- (6+7+1)+3= 17

- poke?
- Lily Palmer: (sorry i was reading the hunger stuff)
- I strike at him with my claws again.
- rolling 1d20+3
- (9)+3= 12
- roo i. (GM): you realize the crowd around has gone somewhat quiet... they are muttering amongst themselves
- your claws cant seem to get through the thick metallic plate
- i guess that's it for your turn unless you wanna move
- Lily Palmer: turn
- roo i. (GM): berith moves over, near to the beaten up path.
- "SHIELD" he screams, raising a hand, from the legions behind, a small round shield is thrown, he instinctively catches
- "WHOEVER DECIDED THIS WAS ACCEPTABLE IS GOING TO BE BEHEADED
- your turn
- Lily Palmer: I charge my mangrit.
- roo i. (GM): alright
- you prepare for delivering the next blow, you can almost feel the energy flowing through your upper body
- you approach berith. he almost jokingly holds the shield forward, a huge grin plastered on his face
- Lily Palmer: I use my magic eyes to inspect his armor and shield.
- roo i. (GM): roll occult
- Lily Palmer: rolling 1d20+10
- (16)+10= 26
- roo i. (GM): you dont sense any kind of magic in them.... just a wooden shield, thin as cardboard, and ornate armor
- most likely as thick as a safe
- due to just being seeing. this is a free action
- Lily Palmer: end turn
- roo i. (GM): no clawys? ok
- berith hits you with the shield, out of spite
- rolling 1d20+3
- (3)+3= 6
- the damn thing harmlessly breaks and the crowd goes wild, once again everyone is screaming.
- "SILENCE" everyone shuts the hell up
- roo i. (GM): your turn
- Lily Palmer: I run up and feint a swing at his head, and instead aim for his legs.
- roo i. (GM): alright roll for it

- canned food
- end turn?
- Lily Palmer: I use my claws to dig into him.
- rolling 1d20+4
- (16)+4= 20
- rolling 1d8+5
- (5)+5= 10
- roo i. (GM): you somehow manage to make a set of deep gouges in the metal. berith looks heavily displeased and in pain
- Lily Palmer: end turn
- roo i. (GM): berith is looking pretty beaten up right there.
- he uses his lance as support for standing up. (half movement action)
- "you... you... YOU!" he stabs in your direction with that oversized lance
- rolling 1d20+5
- (7)+5= 12
- you easily avoid it.
- berith is losing his patience. he feints to your side and repositions, clearly disgusted at the current outcome of the duel
- roo i. (GM): your turn

- (6+5)+7= 18
- roo i. (GM): you bite into berith's exposed face, he flails wildly for a few seconds as he tries to get you away from him. you take a whole chunk of his face, beard included
- tastes like royalty, fire and gold.
- unsurprisingly, his wounds do not bleed
- hunger recuced by 18, 9 hp recovered
- Lily Palmer: for good measure, i claw at him as well.
- roo i. (GM): "YOU BITCH, ILL HAVE YOU HANGED, GUTTED, SKINNED!" berith breaks into a string of old fashioned threats as he holds the missing side of his face
- go for it
- Lily Palmer: rolling 1d20+5
- (3)+5= 8
- roo i. (GM): you cant seem to be able to go full "metal shredder" again with your claws. awww dang
- Lily Palmer: Must be because im so full.
- "I'd prefer it if my dinner would keep its trap shut"
- end turn
- roo i. (GM): "i would prefer if my victims would just die"
- berith whistles. and in less than a hearbeat, another nightmare appears for him to ride
- berith has a horse again, oh boy
- he trots away, and turns to face you
- your turn

- so i guess not

- Lily Palmer: "i can leave now?"
- "oh no no no"
- "not without what i came here for"
- I try taking another chunk of flesh out of him.
- roo i. (GM): your hands sorta just faze through him
- "you... want to kill me?"
- Lily Palmer: "nah"
- "i just want more of your magic"

- "fire for forges, and flame for entire worlds"
- berith puts his own hand down his throat and pulls out something that looks more like red hot coal
- "for there are only 6 remaining, not too long to go. may the snakes and lord of the flies be less kind on you"
- Lily Palmer: "thanks"
- roo i. (GM): everything fades to black, you find yourself back on your land, chest next to you, berith's spear a ruined mess of gold. the area around it cracked and charred
- "seek strenght. for you have my renewed favor, bard"
