Start by changing life lenght to Epic.

Make sim with these traits:
-Athletic (20% faster learning athletic skill, Sims get fatigued at 20% slower rate)
-Bookworm (Sim with that trait learns faster through books)
-Charismatic (25% faster learning charisma skill, lose lifetime relationship 25% slower which is very important in building that skill)
-Genius (30% faster learning logic skill)
-Green Thumb (25% faster learning gardening skill)

Choose "Perfect Mind, Perfect Body" as your lifetime wish.

Buy the cheapest lot (near Bunch family) build a small house with:
-bed
-Door
-lamp
-Bed
-fridge
-toilet
-shower
-chess table
-stereo (§1800)
-mirror
-Weight bench
Make a small pond (fishing)

Whenever you learn a skill in your house turn on the stereo to get +20 to mood.

*Athelic and Logic*
Start learning athletic skill by using weight bench and logic skill using chess table. Start with athletic, when your sim is tired learn logic skill and repeat until you learn both skills, whenever you go to sleep turn off the boombox.

Meanwhile learn charisma using mirror and Practice Speech option to grow charisma to level 1. After that you will be able to level up charisma skill just by talking to people and make mastering that skill easier.

Next start learning charisma skill by making friends. To master charisma skill you need to have 10 friends and meet 25 people. The fastest way to make friends is to ask about their career and then talking about it.

*Writing*
Use computer in the library to master that skill, you can either practise writing until you master it or write books.
