Discusses allocation of resources coming both from {Termos de Ajuste de Conduta} and from convictions by the {Ministério Público do Trabalho] as a way of promoting social and public policy actions. It aims at the study of forms to obtain these resources, their usual destination by the ministerial body and new approaches to enable the achievement of institutional goals and interests sheltered by the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Also, aims to demonstrate {MPT} legitimacy regarding the execution of those public policies in the national juridical scene. Jurisprudences across all country already show the creative tendency of the {Ministério Público do Trabalho} as an social transformation enabler. The importance of this matter is related to the effectiveness of the social rights, and, mainly to the true meaning of justice and restitution of diffuse, collective and homogeneous individual damage to the {juslaboral} rights.
