A powerful coat of electricity surrounds the user at most times. Though its hardly visible and not that strong a crackling noise will often.

A mass of electricity is ejected from the users body at high speeds shocking everything within 5-10 feet.

Generation
Passively generates electricity within his body. Enough to fry a person but easily depleted.

 Rapid decay
sometimes passively knocks out minor and major electronic devices.

Shocking aura
Those sticking around the man will likely find their hair standing on end.

Heat immunity
Lightning and electricity is hot he wouldn't be able to deal with it if he couldn't stand the heat.
