WP duplicate woo-theme

DUPLICATE SUCESSFULLY WOO-BLOG-THEME:

1. upload theme
2. activate theme
3. update theme framework
4. apply theme-settings-backup (*export from old blog)
5. copy "old" blog-theme over the "existing" blog-theme (*delete cache folder content)
6. refresh and change settings of framework and plugins
