  102. Kaorin Sakura: Up to a max of 1 hour.
  103. DNA: 1 hour per day, X Pokemon per day?
  104. Kaorin Sakura: For every 30 minutes, your Pokemon will lose 1/8th their max HP and gain (their level times 1.5) times (your command rank times 2) experience.
  105. Kaorin Sakura: Now, this is still experimental as I'm not exactly sure how to adjucate experience for PTA from command so I reserve the right to change this formula at a later date. To make it grant more or less experience after you guys test this.

For a Pokemon to use their Sprouter ability for 10 seconds, they must sacrifice 1 HP, in place of a Move. If a Pokemon learns the Move Ingrain, Natural Gift, Nature Power, Secret Power or Synthesis and does not have the Sprouter Capability, they gain Sprouter.
