Fatguy's Pit Wheel of Whimsy Rules

- Use random wheel to determine a badge to equip after every battle (https://goo.gl/bKoR71)
 - All badges cost 0 BP
 - I need to upgrade BP every other level up
 - Badges with no stacking effects are removed from the list of badges if obtained

The wheel doesn't only have badges on it, but it also has a few event spaces:
 - Free Choice: I am allowed to choose ANY badge I want
 - Chat's Choice: You guys are allowed to force me to equip ANY badge
 - Badge Swap: I am allowed to swap a badge of my choice with another random wheel spin
