Real application, you don't have to go into detail on previous experience except relevant expansion ones. You showed and proved your experience in some areas, but that's about it in my eyes.

i haven't got any deep in the game yet.   Im gonna get to that, when I start to gear my characters.  I'll fill some basic information about personality and stuff, but see no point to copy paste some "rotations" and statprios atm.
Ill minmax all my characters of course.
Is there any kind of sites where you can upload your combat logs from private servers?  like worldoflogs or warcraftlogs.?

and I personally see value in writing a basic rotation (you see the thought process on spell prio) and statprio also helps (base knowledge of your class and from there you can expand on the min/maxing if it's correct)

Well.. Im serious about whole thing and actually interested about raiding in your guild and with those finnish guys from autism spectrum/kuvalautalaiset.   I can prove that by actions and while being in ur community.    I'm not that good with the applications, words are so easily manipulated anyways, they dont give big picture about the player itself (I know this since, I too have tons of experiences of leading wow guilds and fps teams).
All the best guilds ive been in havent had any mandatory application system at all.   I think there should be another way to gain interest as applicant (which I think I already kinda did).

So in your experience of leading guilds when someone comes to you as the Guild master and makes an application like that you think it's ok ? Like you gave me some of your experience in private chat which is decent, but not jaw dropping for me and then you want to join this community and make that sort of application (I personally don't care that much), but how would the other guild members percieve that if I would accept an application like that?

I'm expecting some sense of respect, it's so much easier to recruit via application than just /w with every person.
There are guilds that do that, but this guild is not like that i'm afraid.

I dont lack any respect.  I'm noble and dont expect any special treatment, even though I probably have biggest merits of the server.   Way I see it is you are simply leading a best guild of the server at the moment and because of that you always want to keep recruitment open and look for the best of best.   When/if you find a player which has potential to be/become a best player of certain class that should be win-win situation for both of us.
Like there is nothing to lose for you even though you add me as trial/social into your guild and give me some tryouts in action to see how I perform.

You say that and then you claim to have the biggest merits of the server which for me can indicate 2 things (arrogant person or very confident and there's a tin line there). First case would be a no, not looking for ppl like that. Second would  mean yes it's worth giving you a shot, but as the leader of this guild I don't like half assed applications like that, i'm not looking for a novel, but i'm looking for simple answers with the right info.  Also yes i'm leading the best guild right now in terms of achievements and yes it's good to always keep recruitment open, but I can still ask the applicant to follow the steps required as any other applicant before.

I'm not arrogant person at all.   I'm pretty confident, since I have achieved a lot of the things in this game and been in top of the damage logs where the competitive aspect has been a lot larger (~9 million vs 4-10 thousand?).  Of course its different expansion and all, but I'll do fine with that as I did all the other expansions.
I just find it very hard to start writing detailed answers about rotations and statprios, since I dont have the actual tools in my hands yet.   I'm lacking the actual character and simc.   Most of the guides has been written to 3.3.5 and it would be pointless (imo) to just trust on those factors.(edited)
There is a lot things I'm not aware of in early wotlk and I dont even expect to know everything in the start of the game.  If I get into the guild, Im going to spend good time to be fully prepared to progress, before ulduar launches (I dont even mind the risk of bench).  I could bring 100% attendance at least for the upcoming tier (most likely whole expansion).

Ok  so I can maximum give you a social spot right now. Once you have a DK and start doing the digging on theorycrafting etc you can apply again. That's the best I can do and i'm being very flexible here
