  1. In today's age, I think posting personal information on a public forum is a mistake. At least in America it is, and I think enough Americans visit this page everyday that I believe allowing personal information to be posted is a security error.

  3. Requesting an amendment to make posting that information a post-deletable offense.

  5. Information that doesn't need to be shared (since this is a WoW forum afterall)

  7. -Gamer tags (PSN, Xbox Live, etc)
  8.  
  9. -Email addresses (With the exception of voluntarily posting that information on your profile page)
  10.  
  11. -Pictures including your face (Post a pic of your Pet thread OK)
  12.  
  13. -Street addresses (duh)
  14.  
  15. -Full names (duh)
  16.  
  17. -Telephone numbers (duh)

  20. Posting the information on a profile is one thing....putting it on a freely accessible public forum is another. At least if it's on a profile we're less responsible for damages since they have more control over that information.
