#4  -> What "Works" for me is

   a) Close the Project down

   b) delete the bin and obj Directories

   c) Delete the license.licx

   d) Reopen the project

   e) Make a property change on the form or drop another licensed control
on the form (this is to force a regeneration of the license licx file)

   f) Do a complete rebuild
