Predator is in tier. FJ makes a convincing case for why the hounds don't matter and are a distraction at best. He shows that Predator can be killed by Tierminator at range and in melee. The plasma caster is notably slow and FJ argues it's unconventional enough to be something that could be dodged even if it was a guaranteed one shot.

FJ and Embrace both argue their characters to operate by trying to get the drop on their opponents and one shotting from stealth. I find FJ's arguments about this generally more convincing upon being shown that Masque doesn't scale to the Iron Man feats in question. Though Masque does generally seem to copy opponents, i'm not convinced she'll open by copying what's essentially an alien bloodhound, or that she's even able to copy something so far outside of how she generally operates.

Predator should thus have initiative- however i'm pretty convinced this is meaningless. Embrace showed that Masque can survive heat attacks from Predator and pretty much dismantled much of the scaling being used for Predator in general. She also showed that Masque had several ways to deal with Predator in a firefight, and would switch between these. I believe Predator would fare better in a CQC, but it seems less relevant when both parties seem to prefer ranged fights. Good showings from both debaters, Embrace wins.
