- Kingdom of Carnage - A long lost kingdom, in the isle of Carn. Several hundred years ago, Carnage was a mighty kingdom that spanned across the landmass, composed of many cultures, united under one king. After a bloody civil war between two competing twin heirs to the throne, the kingdom was split into four smaller kingdoms: Pescalon, Canfor, Calavera, and Avardia.
- Kingdom of Yore - Yore is one of the largest and most prosperous kingdoms in the land. Covered by mountains and dense forests, Yore is famous for their elite glaive wielding warriors and their heavily armored crossbowmen.
- Kingdom of Kiplin - Kiplin is a medium sized kingdom south of Yore. This kingdom is dominated by forested plains, and is known for their central port city of Duban. The land is very warm, and palm trees grow here.
- Kingdom of Swam - Swam is a kingdom that is almost in the ocean. Located on a penninsula, Swam is a small but prosperous kingdom with a navy that is demanding of respect.
- Kingdom of Rofelstom - Deep in the dark forestlands of the north, Rofelstom is a kindgom that is home to a hardy people who are used to eating tough rye bread and dealing with harsh winters.
- Kingdom of Gechany - A small kingdom in the dark forestlands of the north, bordering Rofelstom. Gechany is a land of fierce warriors who fight bravely to remain independent from their neighbors.
- Kingdom of Roves - Roves is a dense and mountainous isle in the far north, known for its volcanoes. The people who live here are not afraid of the cold. In the past, Roves was the cultural center of the Nordic Empire.
- Kingdom of Oudavaria - Oudavaria is a kingdom in the far northwest, dominated by thick evergreen forests and unending snow storms. The kingdom is rather large when looking at it on a map, though most of it is barely habitated.
- Kingdom of Schedish - In the plains south of the sea of tears, lies the kingdom of Schedish. This kingdom is often referred to as The Breadbasket, due to its rolling parries of wheat farms. There is much wealth in this region, as well as feudal conflicts.
- Kingdom of Ibeland - Ibeland is a cold land in the north, with heavy influences of norse culture. It is very cold here, though the kingdom has a large population that relies on fish and mead for sustenance.
- Kingdom of Dursoria - The people of the dragon, the Dursorian crown can trace its lineage back to the Dursorian tribe of Druids. This island kingdom is home to a fierce people who are more than willing to raid other lands to the north and the south.
- Merchant Republic of Duenwald - Duenwald is an oddity in Heim: a country without a king, but a prime minister who is elected by a council of nobles. The republic is on a small island off the western coast. Despite its small size, Duenwald is more than capable at defending its own borders, due to their powerful navy.
- The Kingdom of Aran - On the northern fringes of the Galash waste lies the kingdom of Aran. A land of sand, Aran was founded after Makerist crusaders ventured southward to conquer new grounds. This kingdom is naturally defended from the Indrin Irknate to the south by the Jobogian Mountains.
- The Indrin Irknate - Worshipers of Irkos who live in the Galash waste, the Indrin Irknate has long remained free from the Makerist powers to the north due to their distance and strength in numbers. The Irknate is governed by a single warlord, though violence within the Indrin border is common.
- The Valrian Khanate - In the Valria arid plains, there exists a horde of horsemen that roam freely, as well as many powerful cities and fortresses. These people are governed by the mysterious Khan, who is often considered to be the most powerful man in the world due to the imense size of his holdings. The Valrians worship their own pantheon of gods that is unique to the region.
- The Kingdom of Aeundeover - A large island kingdom, Aeundeover is an ancient land with a distant past, known for its cannibal tribes several millennium ago. It is a Makerist kingdom, but due to its distance from the mainland, it has a unique culture when compared to the mainland. Also, due to its distance southward, it is very hot here, and the land has two seasons: a wet season and a dry season.
- Kingdom of Covera - Covera is a small kingdom, surrounded by larger kingdoms on all sides. This realm is still independent due to its dependability. There are only a few mountain passes that allow easy access to this kingdom, which are all heavily defended by multiple stone fortresses.
- Kingdom of Amarok - Amarok is a large island on the fringes of northern Heim. This island kingdom is one of the last refuges of Norse Pagan culture, and is the only place where the norse pagan gods are still worshiped freely in the east after the Makerist crusaders conquered all of the northern continent.
- Kraninal Druidinate - The last holding of the Druid civilization, Kraninal is located on Brew Isle in the distant west, seperated by heim by a large ocean. It is only because of this seperation that the Druidinate still exists, as the druids were mostly wiped out a millennium in the past when Makerism sweeped across the continent.
- Archapelago of Paran - A small island kingdom far off of the western coast, Paran is a place where refugees and other vagabonds from the mainland often venture to. Because of this, the island is home to many diverse peoples from all over Heim. There are various small powers scattered across the archipelago, each of which is independent of each other. There are also natives of the island, who are small in number ever since the invaders came from the mainland and nearly wiped them out.
- The Squamat Tribes - In the far distant south, over the Valrian arid plains, exists a massive forest where it never stops raining. In this forest, there are a number of tribes, each of which is at odds with each other. The tribes were united several hundred years ago by a fierce warlord, but conflict caused them to split once more shortly after.
