Have you ever been punished or banned on Desteria? If so, why - and why should this not affect your chances?
Yes, I have been punished for homophobic slurs and spam. This should not affect my chance, because like everybody else, I am human, and I make mistakes. It is common for us to forget what we are going into, and let anger lead us down the wrong path. It has happened to everybody, and probably will happen again. I have since learned from all the mistakes I have made, and am ready to become a dedicated and helpful player in this community.

From everything you’ve learned about this position, players and our server, tell us how you feel you’d make a contribution.
I would make a contribution by being friendly to all, lending a helping hand, and making this community a less toxic, and more friendly place. In my time here on Desty, I have observed that these three things are significant factors that I, myself, could improve to make Desteria a better place for all. I have learned from experience that friendliness most likely comes back to you. It could be a smile, or an encouraging word that can make someone's day. These experiences have helped me in life, and on here.

If you could start as a new player again, what would you do differently? What mistakes were made, and what have you learned?
I, without a single doubt, made many mistakes here. One being losing my temper at a scammer, and another just spamming. If I could wash away everything, I would be friendlier and more helpful to all. Although these mistakes were bad, they are also good. If I hadn't have made them, I would not learn. All humans are prone to making mistakes, and in every one, there is a lesson to be learned. I have learned from these mistakes, and will use them when I am tempted to make another one.

Do you frequently use our TeamSpeak and have a working microphone?
I don't use Desty teamspeak, but will if I have to. I currently have a broken headset microphone, and have another on order. Amazon has me waiting for another 2 weeks! :(.

Do you have any previous experience with moderation/staffing on servers? (Tell us about it if you have)
I moderated on a small server called JupiterCraft. It is gone now, but taught me many things about modding and social skills. I was taught by other moderators and admins about how to properly mod and run a friendly server. I resigned from my position in late 2014, and after searching for an hour or so, couldn't find any screenshots for proof.

What issues / situations frustrate you the most on Desteria?
I am very frustrated by how many people don't care about what they say. On the small server that I modded on, I encouraged friendliness and reminded others that words can hurt. Many times, they realized that they had acted without thinking, and apologized. I don't know if anyone would apologize here, but I think they would at least stop going at each other's throats.

Why should we choose you as staff over somebody else?
You should choose me as staff over someone else because I know I can make this server better. I can communicate well with others, and will always, always, help everyone on this server. It is important to be friendly in life. It is no different online, I have learned from past mistakes and experiences that it is always the right way to go. I will stay true to this. These reasons are why you should choose me as staff over someone else.
