Ignorance
So basically I was speaking with some members and we thought up some ideas as solutions to how having the amount of members we currently have because there is no order. Members completely ignore what leaders say more than half the time, and constantly get distracted from lower ranks shouting in ventrilo and giving orders out IC. We need to put an end to this, see the passage below about FPKs and stuff.

Rank Structure
So what I want to do is set everyone back to rank 2, apart from the people we want as "captains" Captain should be like rank 4/5 or something, and these are the people that should be giving orders and organizing roleplay when no leaders are online considering our members don't seem to do anything by theirselves. The captains are out ranked by faction leaders and must follow what they say, but can give out orders, etc when leaders are busy, offline or ask them to. I think there are very few who deserve the captain position seeing as most of the members don't want to do anything but DM. Some of the people I would consider for captain would be;

    Pantho
    Krohn

These two seem to be the most mature during times where people are being idiotic and they generally follow orders while the rest of the faction rolls around trying to kill people for no reason. I'd also like to suggest that some of these captains take responsibility for crew leading. At the moment crew leaders seem to not actually be doing anything with their crew, and I have not been able to handle mine well due to my timezone. Members should only be promoted for good reasons, and we should roleplay better rank gaining, baseing it around the duties that our members serve for the brother hood. Tattoos and stuff like that should also be associated to ranks.

Strict Rules, FPKs and punishments
I suggest we FPK the people that are constantly shooting people with ridiculous reasons like "he hit my car". One of the members I've been watching lately is FreedoM/Pavel_Angelov. He seems to instigate most of the problems with accusations of death matching and stupid bullshit. He was the same before we FPKed him last time. I have also seen some problems from Hutti/Pyotr Zubov Strict rules for IC should be put in place, more FPK's for less seriousness of things. We have people constantly ignoring, giving out orders, even after we warn them to stop they continue and we dont do anything about it. It's time we start giving out more punishments, or even FPKs. It seems today also that we set a pretty good example with ColinB. Most of the members got the idea that they were fucking up.

Recruiting and applications
I think that we should also close applications due to the excessive amount of noobs and people that aren't used to an organized crime faction. Lately we have like over 20 members online during an active timezone and more than half of them have no idea whats going on or act retarded. At the moment every time something happens over 9000 people start shouting in ventrilo useless bullshit, /f gets spammed to the shithouse, and everyone is shouting locations in /wt which is stopping people from listening to leaders.
