The aspiring 'hand model' just inches away from what was surely about to be a bloody affair, smoothly glides away, taking a position aside Yuuka.

"I think I'm going to call this affair of people baiting stronger adversaries into lethal battles 'the Kai effect', after the Saiyan who lost his hand yesterday doing it," he declares. "I'll write a thesis and try and get it published at Acai Academy - if they don't accept it, they're merely biased."

Haseo nods to himself. It was the perfect plan.*

*Gousen smirked at Suveria's claims. It was nice to know that she hadn't given up on her training. While Gousen did take more of an interest in the giant for the time being, he never forgot about his other student. In time, she'd have to truly choose which path of the fist she wanted to walk. When he opened his mouth to comment on her ability, a fist came flying directly towards his side. His own hand rose upward, aimed to third-strike parry the punch and clutch onto Juniper's palm.

"I see.." He said, raising his head to look at her. Within an instant, the red energies of the Satsui no Hado began to illuminate around his frame. Purple and crimson lightning sparked around his fists and exposed torso. It wasn't long before the visible insignia of the Satsui became burned into his back. His eyes mirrored that same energy, whatever iris that was previously visible being completely erased by a red, flaming color.

"Then let our conversation begin!"

He pushed his hand forward, intended on shoving Juniper back to give the girl some space and time to ready herself. Gousen had developed far, far more than one would think possible in these recent years. Whatever prior bout they had meant little compared to what she was about to experience.*

*Juniper when given a moment of space, of course, she knew she'd haft to rely on her hulking out mode, Makyo's like her were no better if not weaker than humans when in their base state.

Her grudge for the little red scrying ward still existed to this day, as her underlying motivation to go through with a seemingly hopeless battle, she'd hold nothing back when fighting him, knowing he was going to hurt her or even kill her by the end either way.

*Rothiel Vandurin blinked slowly.   He wasn't surprised by the end results.   He'd never seen Gousen fight before, but something had told him that this man wasn't one to be trifled with.   And Juniper just helped Rothiel understand why.

"That...was...why would she choose to fight him?"*

Each strike that Juniper delivered to Gousen was responded to with the man simply raising his hand in a deflecting movement. Parry after parry was delivered and he punished them all with a battering, bone breaking blow of his own. He didn't even need to rely on that same 'wolf' energy she was complaining about earlier. Just his own normal augments of strength were enough to bash Juniper into a bloodied corner. When the Makyo was on her last legs, he knew precisely how to deliver the final blow to her.

Gousen did not simply dash forward. He moved as if he were a blur, skating along the lines of the grass and appearing directly in front of her wish his fist cocked at his side. Devilish energies were gathered within his fist. It rose and struck true to Juniper's chest and dragging itself all the way up to her head, cutting through her very flesh and sending her flying into the air in an explosive display of might.

"MESSATSU GOSHORYUUKKEEEEEN!"*
Ray says: She's bleeding out. Any idea if he's actually gonna finish the job, or not?

*Haseo watches the grotesque scene, as whatever unholy energies manifest in Gousen's fists seemed capable of mutilating and scarring people on a level he didn't quite comprehend. His eyes affix themselves to the dying woman on the ground, and then his gaze averts, not particularly caring to watch the body slowly wither away under corrosive effects.

As far as he could tell, this was darwinism at its finest. The denizens of Oasis had pretty much no reverance for their superiors in combat, and mouthed off under some sort of expectation that those around them would provide a safety net. He'd been raised a gentleman by his parents, but as people often forgot, gentlemen regularly engaged in honor duels where the lesser combatant simply died - in the wild wasteland that persisted outside of these city walls, it was hard to respect people who talked the talk without walking the walk.

"City living makes you soft, I suppose. I should get out more again."

Haseo taps the parasol that his katana lied within to his thigh, beating it to an imaginary rhythm, eyes skimming the parameter to see if anyone intended to jump in - and why.*

*Gousen held a disgusted frown upon his face as he looked at Juniper's downed state. From someone who talked so much, she didn't have an ounce of strength to back it up. All he saw was a girl flailing her arms and occasionally trying to batter him with unrefined attacks. It'd do very little to a man that prided himself on a fighting style developed to batter and bash their opponent to a pulp.

He stood over her, the Hado not wavering at all.

"You would think that all of these deaths.. and time that passed.. you would have learned."

Even his tone carried that same condescending air about it. He was growing tired of fighting Juniper. This wasn't the first time he'd beaten her and he could tell it wouldn't be the last at this rate. It was as if she stood up and kept on forgetting how dangerous he truly was. If only she didn't have the same mental power as Techo.

His head turned to the side, eyeing Azoo and the rest of the gathered spectators.

"Leave her. If she can brag and boast, she can crawl her way to the hospital and slink into the tank."*

*Azoo looks at Gousen, then looks down at Juniper. "I do not understand her behavior at times. I suppose she thought she got stronger after defeating some of the more hard hitting children." He said simply. But, at he same time, he would look at Gousen. "I would rather at least take her there...but first." He walks on over, standing over Juniper. He was unsure if she could hear him right now.

If he saw some sort of concousness, he would speak. "...You need to learn to watch your mouth. As much as you think you are strong, there are always those stronger than you." He said simply. "Should you survive this, I hope this teaches you a lesson in humility, warriors need to respect other warriors after all and you seem to lack that most of the time..." He then glances at Yuuka.

"...If you are going to fight him, don't. He might actually go to kill you."*
*Yuuka started to inhale and exhale heavily.
She hated this. All this death, all this blood and all this madness.
She had told them to stop; yet they didn't.

She had wanted nothing more then to fix the stupid deaths and the absolute judgement from peoples hatred. To sooth the minds and ease the pains of everyone around her..

She slowly took out her sword, lowering her gaze..

"...I said..."
She said as she would start to shake softly, her aura started to fume around her as her soul started to wrap around her more violently, her armor starting to rattle violently along with it.

"... Stop..."
She said, she sounded really angry, but in truth, the expression she had on her face was pure disappointment... She hated this more then anyone.
She'd lost friends to death before. And now was not going to be one of those times.

"Let her get healed... You... moron."
She said as she would grit her teeth.
"And if you don't.. I'll drag her there myself. Or I'll make sure Azoo can heal her. You got that?"

She called out as her sword suddenly exploded with power, she raised it slowly towards Gousen.

"... Give me strength.. Caledfwlch!"
She called as her frame got more lean. Her energy and her soul sparking to new life that was yet unseen.
She was going to show her own justice. Her own honor.

This whole fight was pointless. Juniper was dying now because of it.
And she'd have -NONE- of it.

"... Now. MOVE!"
She called out, before getting into a stance, staring very seriously at Gousen.

*Jordun Burgess arrived to the scene, Juniper had fallen with grave injuries after her bout with Gousen. He wasn't here for the while thing, but whatever happened could'nt have been worth this extent of damage.

He considered moving forward to offer her some help, but it seemed Gousen had other plans in mind. But at the very least it seemed he wasn't aiming to really kill her. Perhaps the situation would be resolved much easier by simply letting things play out.

However, before he settled on a decision, it seemed Yuuka would make her move. Stepping forward and calling out to her blade. This would seem to settle him on a decision, he'd aim to step forward as well. "Yuuka, how about I help you out with this one?"

He'd raise his hands, as he turned his gaze to the Asatsuken fighter, getting into his stance and making his trademark gameface. "I don't think it'd be wise for you to go at this on your own." he'd add.*

*Gousen found it odd. Azoo actually understood Gousen's sentiments about her needing to learn. How many times would Juniper be on her deathbed before she finally learned to respect his strength? It didn't matter. So long as no one moved to touch her, Gousen could keep his 'lesson' in order.

But then his body caught wind of all of that intent that came from Yuuka. His eyebrows arched at her when she drew forth her blade. From people that deemed this to be something so 'petty', they certainly cared far too much. This was just like any other fight with Gousen-- those who dared to raise their fist against him should accept any consequence should they lose. Yuuka was spitting in the face of that.

"And you people think you can call yourself warriors.." He stated, a hand reaching up to his face. There came a very audible crack behind his palm. His jaw seemed to realign itself entirely. Muscles upon his body began to expand tremendously and the aura that he gathered up became satiated in more and more animosity. His palm lowered and he revealed that change in his nature--feral fangs petruding from his mouth and claws that could rend flesh in two like paper.

In response to Yuuka's blade and aura, he moved himself into his stance once more.

"Then ALLOW ME TO TEACH YOU THE MEANING OF PAIN!"*

She had fought really well against the wolf person.
The worst part was that she had missed her ultimate attack against Gousen. The Excalibur attack didn't seem to deal that much damage to him, he was too strong or too fast and dodged it.

Either way. She had fought valiantly.
And with honor. Standing up for her friends.

She panted heavily in pain still as she laid there, making a few pained noises along the way.
