  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  3. 12 oz. Happy Belly Mixed Vegetables, but any frozen veggies will do!
  4. Per the bag's instructions: Place in a bowl, add 2 tbsp water, cover with a plate, and microwave for 6 minutes.

  6. Wash and then de-stem your mushrooms. Hold upside down and grip firmly and slowly twist the stem, lifting it from the cap.

  8. Move the veggies to a tupperware bowl and, using the lid, drain any remaining water.

  10. Add:
  11. 1 tbsp Savory Spice Blend

  14. Toss to coat evenly!

  16. Scoop out 2/3 cup of the veggie mix and place in a separate bowl, that's all we need for this recipe. Eat the rest, it's delicious!

  18. Add:
  19. 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
  20. 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  21.  
  22. Mix together well with a spatula.

  24. Using a spoon, scoop the mixture out and stuff the mushroom caps. Any left over, add to the tops!

  26. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes!
