[01:15] The curse of time magic still stung around the creatures body, The boy seemed to also require training and the demon couldn't justify turning him away when he also felt his power was extremely lacking in the face of his Elders.

Occultism stirred as the demon gathered itself, Focusing on resisting the time magic that slowed his body and focusing instead on improving upon his skills in manipulating the time around his foes body.

Intertwining it with his own occultism to create a new magic. The powers to rob foes of their what time they had remaining entirely. Draining it from their bodies like it could with powerful essence.

The winds were sharp and stead, Had Ravias not been fast enough it would surely rip into him...but trial and error were required. This new spell needed cultivating.

And in order to synchronize himself with the time stream it would take an enormous effort on his part. "Attack me with your blade human....My goal will be to slow your movements...Do whatever you can to avoid that..." The demon echoed in its voice.

Still not quite sure how...but it would have to learn or fail.

[01:29] The wind magi greeted the demon for a spar. He can sense courage in it's darkened heart. It strives the lesser demon to improve and augment themselves to greater heights. The human could tell that he admired someone. That particular person that defeated him in battle.

Iris began to shove out a ton of mana from his body. Winds strengthening his body further. He improved a little, but not much. At some point he'll be able to channel wind magic through his blade. A small hurricane manifested around his form. The winds itself has a peaceful intent, nothing violent of the sorts. Iris maintained his pacifistic side, for now. There was no need to pretend to be dominant if you don't have the power to try and assert it. It was pointless to him. Only the words of his mother would spark motivation into the teenager.

Iris nodded after the demon gave him a simple task.

[02:07] There was something about the way the boy moved his sword, It was dangerous yet still untrained. The demon's claws were mostly based on instincts and quick agile strikes through the shadows.

However there was a great difference in ability, Ravias was capable of slowing the boy only for a millisecond, Reducing his speed enough for the demon to slash him back with his claws.

The creature accumulating more and more knowledge with time magic as the battle continued, Eventually the creature had sustained a confident level of understanding....Yet there was still some progress to be left.

"You're skills are lacking but your potential is there...Just as myself."

The creature echoed he saw this man as a potnetinal ally he could make use of. At least for the time being.

[02:15] Iris unsheathed his blade. A small wind blew as his body began to shuffle across the surface, appearing merely as a blur. The time magic inflicted on him was barely taking affect. His movement was slightly hindered, enough to say that the boy didn't recognize the short gaps of time being created. It was like nothing had happened in his eyes. As his swiftness grants him strength. The boy smacked the demon around slightly with his sword, clashing with his shadowy claws in a few occasions.

After failing each part of the fight, he learned how to better himself and improved his fighting style. That's when he became more deadlier. It wasn't enough to lead him to victory.

The magi fell onto the ground a little with his butt landing first. Iris looked up at the lesser demon. It had a suspicious look on their face. The demon probably want Iris to be a punching bag. The wind magi was perceptive enough to not buy into anything regarding pacts. Not unless he's for sure that he wouldn't be sacrificed later on.

"Yeah, well, I'm not strong enough to be considered a demon leveled threat. Maybe with enough training, I could be stronger."
