State of Indiana v. Brandy Blevins

So the skank got to walk {added: on probation but did get an F6 felony and paid a paltry fine. I don't see where they got the stolen items back OR that skank paid restitution.} The preceding sentence took 10 minutes to find. The whole case follows:

Added: This is a convoluted mess and cost a fortune. The judge bailed and recused his sorry ass and mewled to the Indiana supreme court for 'halp' who came in on wings of lyeberty and appointed another judge who dragged his ass and finally accepted the case. Then when all the work was done to get a jury trial this asshole skank Blevin's attorney must have gotten the skank the soft walk but could not get the skank out of the felony. The charge is excrement and you would have done hard time for it. This excrement stole evidence and altered records. Because of the separate class laws, one for polytics and one for us in Indiana the worst they could have done was three F6 felonies. Right this second I can't find what the hell the maximum for this would be but it should have been several years in jail just for the theft.

Added: I have noted in numerous cases where the so-called supreme court is used to do this evil. I'm damn tired of it.
