[b]6. What would you say Tango’s biggest strength is?:[/b] [i]I think that one of Tango's biggest strengths is the retention we have here. Numerous people leave and come back after realizing what they would be missing once they left due to our community leadership program and some individuals who encourage members to stay within the community. [/i]

[b]7. Why are you interested in being a counselor?:[/b] [i]I have gone through hard times myself and I don't want anyone to feel alone when they are going through them. Life can be a bitch and I just want to let people know that I am here to talk and I am always open to anything people have to say.[/i]
