  3. Gundam Plot Summaries
  4.
  5.
  6. UNIVERSAL CENTURY - CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER (exception of the Origin)
  7.
  8.
  9. Mobile Suit Gundam - In the Universal Century (UC) calendar, year 0079, a large proportion of the human population has taken residence in space colonies. They are divided into sides that consist of hundreds of space colonies and the entirety of the earth has united into a unified Earth Federation. However, some colonies are displeased with the Earth Federation's autonomy over them; one colony in particular, known as the Republic of Zeon, formed on Side 3 and launched a war of independence against the Earth Federation. In the process, half of the human population was decimated due to the war, and a colony was dropped onto the earth in an operation known as Operation British, causing destruction in Sydney, Australia.
  10.
  11. Meanwhile, a few Zeon troops went after Side 7 due to rumors of an Earth Federation mobile suit in development. Side 7 is attacked, which spurs a 16-year-old civilian by the name of Amuro Ray to drop into the cockpit of this prototype mobile suit - the Gundam - and fight back. The space colony is destroyed as a result of fighting, while a number of the population escapes onto an Earth Federation battleship known as the White Base, where they attempt to escape Side 7, evade Zeon forces, and attempt to make it to Jaburo on the earth. They are met by a Zeon ace pilot, Char Aznable, known as "The Red Comet", and his fate ends up inextricably linked to Amuro and the Gundam.
  12.
  13.
  14. Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO - Covers the experiences of a Zeon technical division during the One Year War, and eventually the ground federation forces as they're going up against Zeon mobile suits. I don't think they're worth watching.
  15.
  16.
  17. Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt - Covers the experiences of the Thunderbolt sector of the Earth Federation during the One Year War, where an ace pilot Io Flemming pilots the Full Armor Gundam and uses its power recklessly. The Thunderbolt sector clashes numerous times with the Living Dead division of Zeon, consisting of many snipers with disabilities and prosthetics. Daryl Lorenz is a crippled Zeon sniper whose goal is revenge against Io for killing his comrades. The OVA is about the experiences of both sides and the most brutal parts of the One Year War, showing the dpeths to which the Federation and Zeon abused their soldiers for ultimate victory.
  18.
  19.
  20. Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team - during the One Year War, a group of grunt soldiers are piloting mass produced, or informally "dinky", Gundams in the ground war segment of the One Year War. Their goal is to fight back against the earth based Zeon forces, and on the battlefield the leader of one of the teams, the 08th MS Team, Shiro Amada, learns of the horrors and brutalities of war and the naivete of his ideals. During this time he meets a woman named Aina Sahalin, sister of Gineas Sahalin who is leading the Apsalus Project for the sole purpose of total victory for Zeon.
  21.
  22.
  23. Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket - During the One Year War, a neutral colony in Side 6 is creating another Mobile Suit to send to Amuro Ray to adapt to his developing newtype powers due to his piloting skill overwhelming that of the original Gundam. Zeon forces catch wind of this and attempt to take out the new prototype Gundam. Among this fleet is a rookie Zeon pilot known as Bernie Wiseman befriends a civilian child obsessed with the war, Alfred Izuhura, to help gain intel on the development of the Gundam ALEX. He later becomes part of an espionage group who attempt to destroy the Gundam ALEX, helping develop his relationship with Alfred.
  24.
  25.
  26. Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory - four years after the One Year War, remnants of Zeon led by Admiral Delaz attempt to restore the glory of Zeon by using Operation Stardust to expose the corruption of the Earth Federation and later drop a colony onto North America to deal a blow to their stronghold. Among their fleet is Anavel Gato, known as the Nightmare of Solomon, who steal the Gundam GP02 Physalis from the Albion - effectively a walking nuke. To counteract this, hotheaded ensign Kou Uraki pilots the Gundam GP01 Zephyranthes to retrieve the GP02 and prevent Zeon from commencing Operation Stardust.
  27.
  28. The Titans form as a result of Operation Stardust.
  29.
  30.
  31. Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam - 8 years after the One Year War depicted in the original Mobile Suit Gundam, the Earth Federation has created an autonomous military force known as the Titans, whose objective is to attack any remnants of Zeon that may attempt to recreate the atrocities of the One Year War. However, the Titans began to abuse their power over space colonies, leading to another Earth Federation Military Force, the Anti-Earth Union Government (AEUG) to strike back. They are commandeered by the mysterious Lieutenant Quattro Bajeena, whose origins seem to trace back to the One Year War.
  32.
  33. In the midst of this, Kamille Bidan is a civilian whose parents are involved in R&D with the Titans and whose life has been ruined by their existence. After a Titans officer, Jerid Messa, mocks his name for being "a girl's name," all of his resentment towards the Titans is let out in a single punch, leading to his arrest and subsequently stealing the Gundam Mk II's in the Titans' hangar. He is then rescued by the AEUG after being chased by two other Gundam Mk II's and joins them in their rebellion against the Titans.
  34.
  35.
  36. Mobile Suit ZZ Gundam - Immediately after the Gryps Conflict of Zeta Gundam, the remnants of the Argama crew run into a colony named Shangri-La full of Junkers who steal parts and sell them to make a living. After a lot of reluctance, the kids they run into in Shangri-La reluctantly join the Argama crew in order to fight off the Axis/Neo Zeon forces, lead by Haman Khan, which formed at the end of the Gryps Conflict. Among them is Judau Ashta, a newtype with potentially incredible power.
  37.
  38.
  39. Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack - 5 years after the Neo Zeon Wars of ZZ Gundam, Char Aznable returns from hiding and takes over Neo Zeon. In order to cleanse humanity and force them into the evolution that his father predicted, he plans on dropping the asteroid colony Axis onto earth to form a nuclear winter that forces migration of earthnoids into space and force them to evolve into Newtypes. The new autonomous Earth Federation Space Fleet, Londo Bell, led by Captain Bright Noa of the previous three wars, sends out a fleet to fight back and prevent Axis from destroying the earth. Amuro Ray pilots a gundam using psychoframe technology known as the Nu Gundam to fight back against Char, settling his personal conflict with Char once and for all.
  40.
  41.
  42. Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn - 3 years after the second Neo Zeon War in Char's Counterattack, a colony training future engineers for Anaheim Electronics is suddenly attacked by mobile suits that call themselves the "Sleeves," who are effectively the remnants of Zeon. They are after Mineva Zabi, the daughter of Dozle Zabi and the last remaining member of the Zabi family who once ruled Zeon, to obtain the contents of Laplace's Box which will potentially unveil a nearly century old conspiracy concocted by the Vist Foundation, who have used Laplace's Box as a bargaining chip for their own power and wealth. Their current head is Cardeas Vist, who attempts to unveil the conspiracy but is chased after the Sleeves who wish to use Laplace's Box to revive Zeon. They are lead by Full Frontal, a cyber newtype infamously known as the second coming of the long-dead Char Aznable.
  43.
  44. Banagher Links, a cyber newtype later revealed to be the son of Cardeas Vist, pilots the Unicorn Gundam - the key to Laplace's Box - to fight off the Sleeves. In the process, he is caught up into his family's conspiracies and tries to comprehend the events that caused the One Year War and the implications behind it, while also trying to understand the implications of opening Laplace's Box.
  45.
  46.
  47. Mobile Suit Gundam F91 - Set in UC 123, 30 years after the Axis Shock of Char's Counterattack, more space colonies are developed. They are later attacked by the Crossbone Vanguard, who fight for a budding space empire known as Cosmo Babylonia whose goal is complete control over the spacenoids. Seabook Arno and the crew of the battleship Space Ark attempt to fight for survival, behind the Gundam F91.
  48.
  49.
  50. Mobile Suit Victory Gundam - 30 years after the Cosmo Babylonia Wars, the Earth Federation's power is greatly weakened in comparison to before. They are attacked by BESPA, the armed forces of the space empire of Zanscare. The only people that are able to stand against them are the resistance force known as the League Militaire who possess the mass-produced Victory Gundam.
  51.
  52. Uso Ewin is a young teeanger living in a small town known as Kasarelia, and he and his childhood friends are thrown into the fray against BESPA. Piloting the Victory Gundam, Uso strikes back against BESPA ace pilot Cronicle Asher, and his goal is to topple the Zanscare Empire alongside the rest of the League Militaire.
  53.
  54.
  55. G-Saviour - Haven't seen this yet, from my understanding it's a live action B-movie type thing
  56.
  57.
  58. Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin - takes place before the original Mobile Suit Gundam, and explores Char and Sayla's life in exile before the events of Mobile Suit gundam taking place.

The fights take place on a ravaged earthside causing those living on the ground to suffer.
  67.
  68. Domon Kasshu is the fighter for the space colony Neo Japan, piloting the Shining Gundam. His goal is to find his brother Kyoji and free his father from cryostasis, fighting every Gundam fighter in his way until he finds him and destroys the Devil Gundam that his family has created.

Heero Yuy is a pacifist who organized a movement to free the space colonies from the oppression of OZ, but is assassinated which causes five scientists to go rogue and construct five mobile suits - known as the Gundams - piloted by five teenage boys.
  72.
  73. The five boys are Heero Yuy (Wing Gundam), Duo Maxwell (Gundam Deathscythe), Trowa Barton (Gundam Heavyarms), Quattre Raberba Winner (Gundam Sandrock), and Chang Wufei (Shenlong Gundam). Each of them are sent down as individual terrorists to distract the earth while the scientists perform Operation Meteor - to drop a colony onto earth as revenge towards OZ for the original Heero Yuy's assassination. Each pilot is unaware of each other's existence, for now.
  74.
  75. It also has a sequel movie taking place after the end, known as New Mobile Report Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz, following the remnants of OZ led by Treize Khushrenada's Daughter, Mariemaia, whose goal is seize power over the newly formed Earth Sphere Unified Nation lead by Relena Darlian/Peacecraft.

The Earth Federation forces are equipped with the mobile suits known as the Gundam X, who can use the lunar Satellite System to send powerful lasers at their enemies. The threat of the Satellite System forces mass colony drops by the space colonies which leaves the earth in a horrific state, where 99% of the human population are destroyed.
  79.
  80. In the post-apocalyptic After War (AW) era, in the year 0015, people exist as Vultures to obtain and sell mobile suit components for profit. Vultures themselves are armed with Mobile Suits, and the protagonist Garrod Ran finds a newtype girl named Tifa Adill and falls in love with her, vowing to protect her no matter what the cost. He pilots the infamous Gundam X and is eventually captured by a group of Vultures - armed with more Gundams - whose goal is to obtain and protect newtypes to prevent them from being used for the horrors that lead them to the world they live in. However, other Vultures are attempted to recruit newtypes to recreate those horrors.
  81.
  82.
  83. Mobile Suit Turn-A Gundam - in the year Correct Century (CC) 2345, the earth is driven by steam technology not dissimilar to the Industrial Revolution of our time. The Moon is populated by the Moonrace, who left the Earth after the catastrophes of the centuries prior, biding their time in cryostasis and living on the Moon until one day they can return to the Earth.
  84.
  85. During this time, there are those who oppose the Moonrace migrations on both sides, and in response to various attacks a Lunarian named Loran Cehack - sent to earth to report back to the Moon about the Earth - pilots the White Doll, later dubbed the Turn-A Gundam, and fights back against this. In the meantime, the Moonrace Queen, Dianna Soriel, and her second in command Harry Ord attempt to diplomatically build a bridge to the Earthrace through a nobleman named Guin Rineford but their peace talks are repeatedly interfered with by various attacks by both races.
  86.
  87.
  88. Mobile Suit Gundam SEED - During the Cosmic Era (CE) 71, humans live up in Space Colonies known as the PLANTs while the earth is united as one by the Earth Federation. One of the colonies, Junius 7, is attacked by the forces of ZAFT and destroyed by a nuclear bomb. 89.
  90. Kira Yamato is a Coordinator, a genetically advanced human being, fighting for the PLANTs along with the Naturals. He pilots the Strike Gundam, and fights to protect the Archangel as they attempt to escape to the Earth. On ZAFT is his childhood friend, Athrun Zala, son of the ZAFT leader Patrick Zala and a coordinator himself, fighting against the Naturals.
  91.
  92. Much of the series is focused upon the conflicts between the Naturals and their envy towards the Coordinators, leading to a racial divide between both races.
  93.
  94.
  95. Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny - haven't seen this yet, sequel to Gundam SEED
  96.
  97.

  99.
  100.
  101. Mobile Suit Gundam 00 - In the year 2307 AD, fossil fuels have become a relic of the past and limited, leading to the rise of orbital elevators providing solar power to the three major power blocks - the Union (consistent of the Americas and Japan), the Human Reform League (HRL, consisting of Russia and Asia), and the Advanced European Union (AEU, consisting of Africa and Europe). They fight one another for power and supremacy over their solar power generators, and the creation of these orbital elevators has also led to increased conflicts in the middle east, leading to the solar power wars preceding the series and leaving the middle eastern economy and culture in shambles. This causes tensions and war throughout the world.
  102.
  103. During an AEU demonstration, a mysterious mobile suit emitting green particles - which interfere with communications in the vicinity - comes and destroys the AEU's new Enact model. At the same time, three other similar mobile suits conduct other interventions, destroying other soldiers and fighting against conflict. These four suits are known as the Gundams, specifically Exia (piloted by Setsuna F Seiei), Dynames (Lockon Stratos), Kyrios (Allelujah Haptism), and Virtue (Tieria Erde) who have different purposes in fighting. Their flagship is the Ptolemaious, headed by tactical forecaster Sumeragi Lee Noriega.
  104.
  105. Upon the revelation of these four gundams, a mysterious man appears over the airwaves, known as Aeolia Scheinberg. He proclaims that the organization that sent the Gundams are apart of a paramilitary organization known as Celestial Being. He sends an ultimatum to the world - stop all wars and embrace peace, or the Gundams will be forced into armed interventions to prevent the fighting, attacking and killing whoever is necessary to stop the conflict.
  106.
  107. Each power bloc sees this message and views them as terrorists, and responds accordingly.
  108.
  109. There is a sequel movie, A wakening of the Trailblazer, which covers the events that were hinted at by the very end of the second season.
  110.
  111.
  112. Mobile Suit Gundam AGE - haven't seen yet
  113.
  114.
  115. Gundam Build Fighters and Gundam Build Fighters Try - basically a shounen battle tournmanet between Gundam Plastic Models known as Gunpla. Sort of an homage to the series.

  117.
  118. Gundam Reconguista in G - In the Regild Century (RC) 1014, millennia after the Universal Century, the space colonies are taken down to prevent the tragedies of the UC and the world is in a long time era of peace. Capital Tower is an orbital elevator providing Solar Power to the Earth. Capital Tower is attacked by a highly advanced mobile suit, the G-Self, piloted by a space pirate Aida Surgan. The Capital Guard captures the G-Self, but the G-Self does not seem to response to anyone but Aida and Bellri Zenam, a young member of the Capital Guard the son of Wilmit Zenam, the Operations Direct of the Capital Territory. The existence of the G-Self shoots off a power struggle between many factions for control over the Capital Tower to attempt to prevent the world from arepeating the mistakes of the Universal Century.
  119.
  120.
  121. Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans - in the year Post Disaster (PD) 323, Mars is divided into four power blocs as a result of the Calamity Wars, where 72 Gundam Frames were developed and prevented the near destruction of civilization. However, Mars is basically deprived of its natural resources and is put into turmoil due to poverty, truly destroying the lives of children living on Mars nad preventing any sense of uprising. The daughter of aristocrat Norman Bernstein, Kudelia Aina Bernstein, attempts to vouch for the independence of Chryse, a major city of Mars, by trusting in the CGS (Chryse Guard Security) to escort her to the Earth.
  122.
  123. After the CGS Third Corps, led by a young orphan named Orga Itsuka and consisting of various orphans recruited by the CGS, are entrusted with the security of Kudelia, they are thrust into battle with the Gjallarhorn while their leaders, the CGS First Corps, attempt to leave the battle field to save themselves. The First Corps fail to leave due to traps set by the Third Corps, and the Gjallarhorn takes many of the Third Corps' lives. In the nick of time, Mikazuki Augus - a young orphan and a sort of younger brother-like figure to Orga - appears with the Gundam Barbatos, one of the remaining Gundam frames from the Calamity Wars and fights off the Gjallarhorn. They are revealed to be after Kudelia.
  124.
  125. As a result of the First Corps incompetence, the Third Corps rebels against them and takes over the CGS, later rebranding them Tekkadan - the Iron Flower that never wilts. They use the battleship Isaribi to escort Kudelia to Earth, looking for help through Teiwaz and attempting to evade Gjallarhorn forces to help Mars finally achieve independence.
