Setsuka: [From the hotel.]
Heather Nightshade: [Gets lightly pushed out.]
 : [It's rowdy in the center of Cheyenne, but still as cold as ever.]
 : [The Barking Dogs in town look on edge.]
Setsuka: [She looks in the crowds for anyone she may know.]
 : [It seems without Lobo or Radolph around they become paranoid pups.]
Heather Nightshade: [She looks around herself.]
Heather Nightshade: It would probably be a good time as any to mention something to them.
 : [Despite being a small town, it's still one of the most if not the most populated town in the Winter Wasteland. You're lucky to spot the same face twice in a week.]
 : [[why wasnt that hidden goddamn it]
 : [Ahem. Fortunately for you, Setsuka, you're a rather lucky person.]
Setsuka: !
 : [You spot a familiar tophat in the crowd.]
Setsuka: Ah, it's the fair girl.
Heather Nightshade: Hm?
Setsuka: The one dressed like a magician, over there.
 : [She seems to be conversing with someone you've never met before. Perhaps one of the entertainers you didn't enlist for the fair?]
Heather Nightshade: [She gives a look, until she find her.]
Setsuka: [She walks toward the tophat.]
Heather Nightshade: [She follows behind, looking around at the others passing by, be it of interest or not.]
 : [She seems to be occupied with her conversation, until she spots the two of you that is. She gives a gleeful wave, nods to the person, and they walk off. It's just you three now.]
 : [And the crowd around them.] Hey! How have you guys been?
Setsuka: Hey! Long time no see.
Setsuka: Things going well with your... career?
Trucy: That's grand to hear! Keeping warm out there? They say it's only going to get colder so invest in heated padding when you can!
Heather Nightshade: I haven't been in a horrific injury yet, so it seems all is well.
Setsuka: . . .
Setsuka: No, I think we're good on that, thanks.
Trucy: And of course! We're setting up another festiv- O-Oh, well, hooray!
Setsuka: So we're going around town informing citizens of some, changes, being put in place soon.
Setsuka: I assume you're familiar with the Barking Dogs?
Trucy: Only everyone and their ma.
Trucy: What about them?
Trucy: They're not... going back to their roots, are they?
Setsuka: Well you see they will soon be taking over leadership of the town from the Depot Guild, with Lobo at the head.
Trucy: You'd think after what the Guilds did to them-
Trucy: ... H-Huh?
Setsuka: So hopefully things will start to look up around here without the guild or Hutch.
Trucy: Th-the guild won't be around... it'll... it'll just be the Barking Dogs...?
Setsuka: That's right! So you have no more reason to worry!
Setsuka: Seeing how you hate Hutch and all.
Setsuka: (What's that look for?)
 : [Several passersby, overhearing this, start to whisper amongst themselves as they go by.]
Heather Nightshade: [That shift in attitude doesn't go unnoticed by Heather.] Don't you think she might need a little more convincing?
Heather Nightshade: Like he said?
Setsuka: . . .
Heather Nightshade: . . .
 : [Setsuka, given your low Perception, the whispers completely pass you by.]
 : [But Heather picks up on them just fine.]
Heather Nightshade: ...Looks like others overheard.
Setsuka: [Persuasion] For example, under the Barking Dogs and Lobo it should be much easier to get your fairs off the ground.
Passerby: Lobo's gonna be running things? Aw, fuck... shit, we're better off in Laramie at this rate.
Setsuka: [Oh? That's fine the more that know the better.]
Passerby: Laramie? I'm not ready to cross the river styx. Suit yourself, I think Lobo would make a fine leader.
Passerby: [And they go on for a bit. It seems that most people have mixed opinions.]
Heather Nightshade: Would've been better if we'd had bit more control over how people feel, but I'm no people's person.
Trucy: [Trucy, however, seems mortified.]
Trucy: [And seems like she's about to break down.]
