- - Overall: 1.00
- Adequate machinery, storage, compartmentation space
- Excellent accommodation and workspace room
- Ship has slow, easy roll, a good, steady gun platform
- Main Battery updated - 7 7.5 Inch Guns in single mounts changed to 4 Dual Turrets, moving from a 6 to 8 gun broadside. It retained the 7.5 inch gun as its already in mass production, and its shells are readily availbl.
- Seconday Battery Updated - 4 Inch guns, 4 in casemates, 4 in Deck Mounts.
- Machine Guns - 8 Vickers .50 caliber machine guns.
- Torpedos - 8 Tubes in 4 dual mounts, with 8 additional torpedoes carried below to reload
- British Gunnery Radar removed as a national secret, replaced with most modern rangekeepers not using such technology available.
- Speed increased from 30 to 31 Knots
- Range decreased from 5000 to 4000 Nautical Miles, as this will allow China to service all its commitments easily.
- Armour greatly improved, 4.5 Inches over the Magazines
- Ship should serve ably as a flagship, with its superbe charitaristics as a gunnery platform, it is best used as a medium-range surface combatant, as though it has a reasonably comprehensive torpedo protection scheme, it will stand perhaps two torpedo hits on a good day, and then be doomed. Against shelling however, it has a very, very tough hide.
