According to the report from Faldeus’ survey team, Gilgamesh had “fired” hundreds, maybe thousands, of Noble Phantasms the night before. Now, however, not a scrap of them remained. Of course there was always the possibility that Faldeus was lying, but it seemed more probable that some force had acted to retrieve the fired Noble Phantasms to Gilgamesh’s treasury.
