  12. Okay so we open with going to EVO, and grinding up fucktons of evolutionary potential. Seriously even the base, pre enhancement version of these things won't be cheap. Once I have sufficient EVO I create an embryonic version of an Angel (probably based on one of the Archangels if possible, see Adeptus Evangelion) via Progenitor Crystals. From there we use Xenobiology with the Necronomicom and Pholus Mutagen serving as a spotter's guide for interesting ideas to use, and the Psyker powers serving to apply my changes to the Angel. Alpha Centauri's Secrets of Creation effectively lets me design a personality (and therefore powers and shape) for the Angel from the ground up. Also we infuse the embryo with DG Cells for added power and utility, sadly Kyoji was not available to help so I'll have to do it the hard way. Also Fabulous Craftswork ensures it will look awesome.

  15. Once the thing has hatched and uttered its first "I AM" we use Parasite Seeing and Xeno Empathy to double check everything is in order and to get a feel for its powers and physical capabilities. From there we do a quick sparring match to run the thing through its paces and to add it to my Beast Soul library. Beast Soul is used to assume its form so that I may formulate a version of the School of the Undefeated of the West applicable to it. So after a few weeks of effort and a ton of expended EVO I now have a supremely loyal giant eldritch Kaiju. From there it's once more time to grind EVO, but this time I've got help and with the constant escalation going on during my EVO jump I expect EVO to quickly become readily more and more available. And since the first won't be hatching until quite awhile after it's created I suspect we'll have decent stockpiles.

  17. From there we mass scale production, you see all the upgrades should be simple to redo on the newly created ones, a lot of the initial trouble was figuring out how to do them in the first place. From there we simply copy the First's psyche across all the new ones, speeding up growth, imparting skills, and ensuring minimal variation. The new species will then be gifted unto them the Icon of Civilization, allowing them to become greater than the sum of their parts. The boost to sapience should allow them to make great use of their other talents, AT Fields especially. Might have to readapt the School of the Undefeated of the West to their new forms though.

  19. The various Civ Perks from LoT as well as Knowledge from Alpha Centauri should ensure they reach a fairly stable form of self government, even with them numbering in merely the low dozens. The final outcome is a race of what should be absurdly strong Angels, loyal to me and imbued with many esoteric abilities from Xenobiology. The final hat trick for this though is being able to use Ascent to Transcendence to channel the powers of the entire group through my own abilities, letting me temporarily become unto a psychic god.

  21. And that's before we get into the parallel experimentation with Orks instead of Angels as the base. Some of the more high end stuff is locked out and they'd not be able to do the civilization of one trick that the Angels do but they should serve as excellent foot soldiers should it become necessary.
