**Mentality:** We are looking for players who are looking to improve their ability to play in a proper team environment and who is active in the goal of both improving the team and in the process also improve their own abilities as a teammate. We like players who are good at both creating a good team environment and can put on a serious attitude when needed. The ideal player is one who is forgiving for other mistake but also shows honesty and isn't scared of showing their perspective when needed.

**About the Team**
We are Sans Gaming. A team of players with differing amount of past scrim experience who have come together in the goal of creating a team that can give each player the environment to grow. Our primary goal is to become a great team through providing the practice and insight necessary for us to grow together and therefore we scrim 5 times a week with an additional day on top dedicated to either map talks or VOD reviews.
Comm-wise we are a less structured team that works best when each player can come with input, though we do have a target caller, shot caller and so forth.

**Schedule**
We play 5 times a week at 20:30 CET. We cannot change this date, so if you are not available at this time then don't bother playing for the team. We are open to changing the schedule if necessary but we can't scrim at Tuesdays for various reasons.
