I have a strong passion for networking. I have lived my whole life with a computer and went to college to get a level 3 diploma in Information Technology and achieved a D*D. I have experience with server and client side operating systems and also have experience with permissions.

I completed my networking unit in college last year with a distinction and became very interested and would like to pursue a career in being a Network Engineer. I have a great understanding on a lot of the networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and more.

I also acquired a D* on the ECDL Core Course which proves my exceptional awareness of Microsoft Office.

I built my own computer from scratch when I was 16 years old and understand how drivers, software, and hardware all work together to be used on a computer device. I am easily able to add new devices to a network without any problems.

During my work experience at Romans Estate Agents for 5 days at college, I was assigned a job role to create a spreadsheet application for the company on how many houses sold by other estate agent branches. I also got a little bit of experience in customer service as sometimes I had to pick up the phone to talk to clients.

I have personal experience using IOS and OSX and understand how to use a computer that is on this operating system. I am easily able to access anything on these operating systems and know how to navigate through the operating system to do certain procedures such as adding new users.

Some great features about me are being able to identify problems and also looking for solutions very quickly and efficiently. I would say I am a determined person and I thrive for achievement and gaining the satisfaction from being productive. From what I learnt from working in an estate agent is that I am a respectful and creative person.

I work well alone and with members of a team; I am efficient and focus on getting jobs done, I am a respectful person when it comes  group work and allow any new ideas to come into the picture to see if that would fit what we/I have to do.

Another trait I possess are valuable communication skills, to begin with I am very open to hear any ideas by my co-workers and I am able to work with ideas that are introduced. I respond accordingly to what they have said and I am able to decide if information is useful or not.
