Warrant Officer Reports -

Sergeant-Major NickyJ, DCM [MID***, MB***]. Nicky has continued to be and will remain a staple example for anyone in the
regiment when it comes to leading and attitude. Nicky should continue to display this exemplary work.

Non-Commissioned Officer Reports -

Acting-Corporal Blahxblah [GCB**, MB]. After a talk with Nicky, BlahBlah exclaimed how he will be active again and ready to tackle his duties. Unfortunetly I have
not seen much of him lately. A follow up conversation might be in order.

,, Morgan [MID, GCB, MB]. Morgan, as soon as he was appointed, took the position with great confidence and a goal to help me get "B" Company
back to it's former glory. So far, Morgan has been a great help to me and to "B" Company. He is an excellent leader on the field and
his attitude including his patience has gotten better. So far Morgan has been an excellent example of a Corporal and should keep
up the good work.


"B" Company Officer notes -
September was a very good month for "B" Company. We saw new recruits and transfers which put our average numbers up to 6-8 a linebattle.
The goal for October/November is going to be to continue to recruit and put time into training the new recruits. The overall goal for "B" Company would be at least 8 a
linebattle with 15-20 active members. My activity lately has been slightly low, althought I have made it to most events, my time on the computer has been
scarce, hence the very late report. I should have much more free time in the coming months (Thank god) and will be able to carry out
"B" Company's goals to the fullest. Onto the next month. 2nd-Lieutenant Dalley [MID].
