you: As you probaly know, there is a program called Visor.gg which is a AI Coach. I've talked to some in the official discord for it, and they say it's perfectly fine to use, but I wanted to get a actual answer from an actual Blizzard Employee

Grucanix: We don't provide support for that, though I'm not really sure what it would hope to achieve.
Grucanix: As I understand it, it doesn't interact with the game in any way, but analyzes your stream?
you: It analyzes your screen and gives tip lets say "Help you healers, they are dying often". It may say that if it can see in the killfeed from screenshots that healers is dying often
you: From what I have researched it takes several screenshots per second to analyze what is happening and then giving tips.
Grucanix: Ok, well that would really not be related to running the game, and gives some advice for what you can do to change your gameplay style
you: So you would say this program is fine to use?
Grucanix: I couldn't say that it's permitted, but if it's not interacting with the game to give you an unfair advantage, I'm unsure how we could see it as against the rules.

you: Several people have made posts about it, and some say its bannable and some says its fine to use. So it's a 50/50
Grucanix: IF some say it's bannable then I wouldn't risk it
Grucanix: I'm not aware of what the program can do, but if there's any chance it can be used to exploit, any kind of detection must be consided as an exploit.
