JUNIOR & SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

- At least 1 year (Junior) or 5 years (Senior) of working experience in the related field is required but fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture and other related field
- Possess own transport and prepare to travel occasionally
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, accurate, organized with excellent analytical skill and strong communication skills
- Organizational skills, the ability to multitask and last-minute task
- Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3DMax and other editing and rendering software
- Required Languages(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

RESPONSIBILITY

- Trace layout plan into CAD file
- Go site visit for site measurement
- Prepare space planning and layout plan
- Prepare 3D structure
- Prepare 3D modeling and rendering
- Prepare post-production effect
- Prepare Item to Quote (ITQ)
- Compile design to be submitted to client
- Prepare detail drawing
- Revise design if required by the client
- Prepare reports to HOD Design in all matters of importance
