Hello hypothetical future roommates!

My name is Oisín (Uh-Sheen).

I moved to SF in June and work at Quid, a machine learning startup in SOMA. I typically work ~9-6 and occasionally work from home (rarely more than an afternoon once a week).

A little bit about me – I’m 22 years old and just graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont so I’m loving taking advantage of California weather after braving single digits every winter. Being outside as often as possible is the key to my happiness. I grew up in both Ireland (where my family is from) and North Carolina, and as a result I’m very passionate about Irish sports and good BBQ. I love cooking (especially grilling), making cocktails, and drinking beer and wine. I also spent six months living in India and am interested South Asian culture and food.

A little bit about my habits – I am very clean (i.e. dishes are done as soon as I’m done eating off of them). I’m usually winding down and quiet for the night by 9:30 or 10:00 and asleep by 11:30. I would love to live with people I can grab the odd drink with and who sometimes enjoy winding down in a communal space and watching some Netflix or just reading quietly… nothing wrong with anti-social socializing. I don’t drink excessively, and although I like to go out every other weekend or so, I don’t bring the party home.
