Basically, it's easier to imagine the dream as one giant doujin and I'm in the perspective of the main character. The main character is this girl who's in the city and for some reason there's this guy hellbent on kidnapping her, raping her, and killing her in some horrible way, mostly complete dismemberment before her train arrives.

She (or I) gets killed multiple times and at the start of each chapter, remembers that she was killed and tries to find some way to avoid it. At the final chapter, she gets super-powers and kills the guy, but it turns out she was hallucinating the entire time because the guy already got to her and drugged her and she gets killed at the end. No matter what choice she makes, she always dies at the end in some horrible way.
