- Grew up with her mother, because her parents divorced and her father moved away with her treasured baby brother.
- Grew up in a pretty poor family too, since the father took away most of the money. She worked many part time jobs to provide money for food and rent for her and her mom.
- Gets sick a lot because of overworking, since she had school and work to balance at the same time. She worked at several places which improved her athletic ability as well. She had more than average grades.
- Wanted to become a professional swimmer, but never had enough time to actually focus on her dream until she joined the high school’s swim team.
