There's not many but here they are! #rules
Rule 1: Do not discriminate, if someone is different from you do not treat them differently than you would anyone else. Apparently I have to add to this, because it's not clear enough. This essentially means, don't be intolerant of other people whether they are racially different, a different sex than you, has a different sexuality than you, or they identify in a way that you don't like, don't treat them differently. I will not accept intolerance on this server, in fact I will ban for intolerance.

Rule 2: Avoid using racial/sexuality/sexist slurs unless it's a meme and you actually aren't insulting anyone. I call people faggots all the time but not in a hurtful way. This of course has to do with intent, and what we think your intent is.

Rule 3: Respect everyone's opinions and tastes, they also just have to respect your right to tell them that power metal is for faggots.
Rules 1-3 almost don't apply in meme chat, meme chat is a place for using horrible language against people, but if I get serious complaints from someone then you need to tone it down

Rule 4: Don't spam chat, whether it's mic spamming, message spamming, or /tts spamming, it won't be tolerated.

Rule 5: Don't be an asshole, if you are being an asshole to someone and they tell you to stop, because it actually  bothers them, stop. If someone is bothering you file a complaint via IM to and admin (the metal god) or a mod (Metal Messiahs) (TRVE KVLT LEADERS)

Rule 6: Venting is a chat where you have to be 100% serious, people have issues and venting is healthy thing to do, so if you make fun of someone for something that they needed to say, or you spread it everywhere on the internet or something, that is legitimately a ban worthy offense because that's not ok.

Rule 7: No politics, I want this server to remain Apolitical. Please no politics. Along with religion, this server remains an agnostic server, you can talk about mythology, or something like that but don't tell us about  your religious beliefs and start preaching. As for music anything is allowed, if metal having to do with religion it of course goes in #recommendations and for others #deleted-channel .

Rule 8: Meme chat is free reign, meme chat is the equivalent of 4chan, post anything you want there, (no porn or gore because we can get our server removed) but if I get legitament complaints from people that's when you have gone to far. Don't take meme chat seriously basically everything in there is ironic.

Rule 9: Have a comprehensible name by english speakers, if you don't then an admin or mod will change it to something based on your profile pic. Remember you can change your name whenever

Rule 10: Please only play hard rock/metal songs in the music bot, if you don't we'll just skip it, and make sure that everyone gets a turn to pick a song
Along with rule 10, also do not post non-metal songs outside of #non-metal_media   they will be removed, unless it's a meme song, then it goes in #shitpost_central

Rule 13: When I say "Only metal in #recommendations " I mean it, don't post anything that is mixed with other genres, literally made this rule because some idiot was posting anime metal, just awful. Keep it in #non-metal_media  and don't tag any roles with it.

Rule 14: No anime (this includes japanese terminology words, and images that looks like anime) no traps, if you talk about either of these subjects, you will be banned. I don't care about anime, and the "Traps gay" meme is fucking annoying it's not funny. This server is for metal.(edited)

Rule 17: Since it continues to be an issue I have to say it, no doxxing. For me, doxxing is just the short way of saying, You shared someone's personal/private information without their consent, if you do this depending on the seriousness of the situation you will be punished. If you share someone else's address, you will be banned immediately to protect that person's privacy.
Rule 18: Don't post music listening parties, I think the only ones you can post are spotify ones, but I'm not sure. Reason being that they are temporary links that will just clutter the chat, and the only people who can join in are spotify premium members, don't post them, ever.
For the rules, you will get warnings and such to know that what you did was wrong, and if this behavior continues we will enforce a punishment as we see fit, if you have a problem with what I did as punishment and want yourself to be redeemed, IM me and tell me why you think what you did was by the rules(edited)
