Gérard is an agent that specializes in operations against Talon, spearheading each tactical mission to deter their efforts. He is efficient, persuasive, steady, and lethal. He is deep seated in his decisions to protect the public from the actions of the terrorist organization. He is confident in bringing their end one day. He does venture about many other missions should the need call on him, but he usually is settled in his prime objective. Beyond the mannerisms he shows during is work, he is suave, sarcastic, and friendly to many of those he meets. He treasures the comrades he has in Overwatch and wouldn't hesitate to defend and come to their aid.

He carries a deep affection for his wife, Amélie. He wouldn't have an issue in speaking of his love for her if he's asked. He brings her to headquarters on occasion to let her get to know who he works with. But he is very careful in how deep he involves her.
