The bat having people who still like her continues to confuse me because she was four lines of description, no dialog, wasn't even named in the green. I had a name and invented details on the spot when asked because she was the prerequisite to make the joke of "after all the weird kinda flirting almost relationships, wouldn't it be funny if the Mikebowl winner was some random person noone knew?" green.
She was a plot device more than a character

I liked her for that reason. Like someone else said before, Sometimes people end up hooking up with outside your expectations.

I'll add onto my headcanon that throughout his life Mike would have random partners but they wouldn't last because his heart isn't completely into them. He would be too busy being his community "husband" for the lack of better words but... Doesn't mean he wouldn't make a neat friend or Ex down the road.

Imagine his family trying to comfort him after a break up.

Imagine him having a nasty break up over a jealous lover

Ect ect. What I'm trying to say is I'm going back to sleep but I like bat because of implications

Imagine if Mike and the Bat actually didn't do anything. It was just a long movie marathon night or something and it was so late that she needed jammies, so his oversized shirt worked fine.

I know the ACTUAL implications but it'd be funny if Mike didn't do anything.

People say she has no character why not use that
The complex just makes up what she is and how she's using Mike when she's only a friend with a distance he's trying to help
