The Sleepover Part 3

	Serenity sat on the edge of her bed, crossing her legs. "You find yourselves no longer in the bedroom... Now, you are floating along in a sea of peace and relaxation... Every gentle wave against your skin makes you more open and obedient to my words... This is my world... Isn't it nice here?"
	At Serenity's words, gentle smiles began to spread across the faces of the entranced girls. In perfect unison, they all answered in a sleepy voice, "Yes..."
        Serenity smiled and continued. "And while you're in my world, it becomes so easy to accept everything I tell you... To follow all my commands... My words reach so deeply into your mind that you can easily remember special phrases that I give you... I'm going to give you all a special phrase right now... That phrase is "return to serenity"... For the rest of the night, whenever I speak those words, you will instantly and effortlessly return to this world, in a deep, peaceful trance... Do you all understand?"
	Once again, the girls answered in unison, "Yes..."
        "If I say someone's name before that phrase, only that person will return to this trance... The rest of you will continue as normal as if you didn't hear it... Is that understood?"
        "Yes..." answered the sleeping elves.
        "Very good, girls... Let's try that phrase now... In a moment, I will count backwards from ten... When I finish, you will all wake up and feel just as you did before you were hypnotized... You will not consciously remember that phrase, but your mind and body will respond instantly when you hear it..." Serenity stood up from her bed and began walking around the circle of girls.  "Ten... Feeling the relaxing waves beginning to still... Nine... Eight... Feeling the sea begin to recede... Seven... Six... No longer able to feel the waves on your skin... Five... Beginning to remember the bedroom now... Four... Feeling your senses return... Three... Feeling energy slowly return to your body... Two... Consciousness returning now... One... Right on the verge of waking up... And..." Serenity clapped her hands together "Wide awake now!"
	At the sound of Serenity's hands clapping, the mesmerized girls began to wake. Their eyes opened. Snow sat back up in her spot as if nothing had happened. Eclipse and Timpani stretched. Eclipse let out a soft yawn. Mallow rubbed her eyes. "Huh?" the shy elf girl squeaked. "Did we start already?"
	"How do you feel, girls?" Serenity coyly asked.
	"Good," replied Eclipse.
        "Fine," answered Snow.
        "Great!" chimed Timpani.
	"I'm okay," Mallow responded, still looking somewhat confused.
        "That's good to hear," smiled Serenity. "And now... Return to serenity." All at once, it seemed as though a switch was flipped inside the girls' minds from "on" to "off". All expression left their faces. Their eyes went empty, and then quickly closed. Their bodies fell back to the floor, completely relaxed. They had all fallen back into Serenity's world. Surrounded by the sea and its relaxing waves. "Very good, girls..." Serenity began speaking softly again. "Allow yourselves to go even deeper now... And each time you hear that phrase, 'return to serenity,' you sink down ten times deeper into hypnosis than you did before...
        "And now I'm going to give you another phrase... Just like before, you will remember this phrase and respond to it instantly... This phrase is not for me to use, however... This phrase is only for my mom to use... Whenever you hear my mom say the words "Momma says" followed by a command, you will be filled with feelings of blissful obedience and happily carry out her orders without thought... This phrase is very important, because it overrules everything else... Whether awake or in trance, and no matter what you are doing, this phrase takes precedence... Do you all understand?"
        The same sleepy unison replied again, "Yes..."
        "Very good..." Serenity went into her large closet again, this time exiting with 4 cups. She sat the cups in the center of the circle of girls, separating them out so that each girl would have one. "This time, when I wake you up, you will notice the cup in front of you... These cups are filled with a very special drink called Silly Cider... It's a fizzy, sweet drink that tastes better than any drink you've ever had... And when you drink it, the bubbles from the drink float up into your mind and make you feel happy and bubbly... Even better, your cup will never run out no matter how much you drink... The more you drink, the more happy and bubbly you become, until you just can't think anymore... Do you understand?"
        "Yes..." the choir of voices responded.
        "Very good... Waking up this time in five... Feeling the relaxing waves subsiding again... Four... Feeling your strength returning... Three... Feeling your senses returning... Two... Feeling your thoughts returning... One... Almost fully awake... And..." Serenity clapped her hands once again. "Wide awake!"
        The hypnotized girls once again rose back to their sitting positions. Though they seemed awake, their dulled eyes told the truth of their entrancement. Pulled by the strength of Serenity's suggestion, Timpani was the first to pick up her cup. "Ooo, Silly Cider!" she exclaimed.
        "What is it?" Mallow inquired as she picked up the cup in front of her.
        "It's delicious!" cried Eclipse, pulling her lips away from her glass after taking a taste of its non-existent contents.
        One by one, the girls began taking swigs of the incorporeal liquid, savoring its imaginary flavor. Snow began to giggle. "My head feels funny!" she said between laughs.
        "Your head LOOKS funny!" Eclipse retorted, her face blushing and smiling a goofy smile. She snickered and laughed alongside her bookish friend.
        "You guys are silly!" Timpani giggled, her face also blushing. She turned to Mallow. "How are you doing, Mallow?"
        Mallow's cheeks reddened as she smiled and laughed along with the other girls. "I'm having a lot of fun! Teehee!"
        "Oh I'm so glad!" Timpani beamed, as she leaned over and wrapped Mallow in a hug.
        Mallow's blush deepened as Timpani pressed her cheek against her own. Her heart beat faster as their ears touched, and she smelled the scent of lilac that Timpani's shampoo gave her hair. Mallow had never felt so happy. She took another big drink from her cup, and the other giddy girls did the same. With each drink, they giggled more. They began to sway as their sense of balance became less important to them.
        "Heeheehee, hey!" Snow struggled to say in the midst of laughing. "Ta-heeheehee-Take back what you said about my head!"
        Eclipse was lying against her beanbag chair, her face almost completely red. "Wha-hehehehe-What did I say?"
        Snow could no longer control her giggling. "I-heeheeheeheehee-I don't remember!" She fell to the floor, laughing uncontrollably.
        Timpani and Mallow stayed leaning on each other, both snickering and chortling at the other two girls. Both took another imaginary drink from their cup. Mallow spoke up. "Heheehee-Hey, Timpani," she started.
        "Hihihihi Yeah?" Timpani replied while taking another shot from her cup.
        "I-heeheehe-I really- hehehahaha- I really like- heheeheheehahaha!" Before the shy elf girl could finish her confession, she too succumbed to the bubbles in her head and fell to the floor laughing, carrying Timpani with her. The four entranced elves all lied on the floor, smiling and laughing, their heads full of nothing but bubbles from the ethereal elixir. Snow lied partly on top of Eclipse, while Timpani and Mallow snuggled on the floor.
        Serenity sat on her bed, enjoying the show in silence. With all her friends lost in the bubbles in their heads, Serenity leaned forward and spoke. "Return to serenity." At the uttering of the words, the laughing ceased. The girls dropped once again into their peaceful, obedient sleep. Serenity stood up from her bed and gathered the empty cups from the floor, setting them aside. "Sinking ten times deeper than before..."
