  1. Ingredients:
  2. 3 lbs ground bear meat
  3. 12 to 14 red chili pods
  4. 25 chili pod seeds
  5. 3 garlic cloves (diced)
  6. 1/2 cup flour
  7. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  11. 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  12. 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  13. 3 tablespoons butter
  14. 2 beef bouillon cubes
  15. 1/4 cup onion
  16. 6-quart stock pot
  17. Step 1:
  18. Clean pods and put in blender with seeds. Add warm water and soak for 20 minutes. Once that is done, add in your garlic cloves and blend.

  21. Brown your bear meat and then add that to the stock pot.

  24. Once your meat is sitting in your pot, add in the rest of the ingredients. Add water until the pot is about three-quarters of the way filled. Mix everything together thoroughly.

  27. Bring this to a boil, stirring constantly.

  29. Step 5:
  30. Once it reaches a boil, turn your temperature down and simmer with a lid on for one hour, followed by another hour without a lid. Make sure to stir occasionally.
