- 2 cups lentils
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 celery stick, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3.5 cups water
- Pressure cook on High for 15 minutes, allow to sit for 10 minutes, then depressurize!
