* Date of feedback conversation:
It was the Friday after Game Time was due. I think.

* How did you prepare for the conversation?
  I laid awake in bed at night thinking about what I'd say. This was a pairing that went really well, so I struggled with giving some sort of feedback.

* How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult?
I struggle with even written feedback, so I could say the entire conversation was 'difficult'. But as I said, this was a really easy pairing where we didn't really 'clash' at all so my partner was easy to talk to. I definitely took their feedback more sincerely than I think I usually do whenever I butt heads with my partners.

* What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation?
  I'm not sure if I used any principles of feedback other than the 'compliment sandwich' technique.
