I mean Amy definitely did intend to respond to the summons, I also needed to talk her out of sending a fairly stupid message to BS and attempting to do some very dumb things I'd rather not get into.
But I don't see how Cirina is involved at all. That a group not related to BS wanted to capture her to get Amy, and again entirely independent of BS and has been in the works since Amy was a member in good standing with BS isn't interfering with BS from where I stand.
And I still don't see how Cirina is a wanted fugitive for having a relation with Amy and not any other way, otherwise half of BS should be wanted by noe

anyway, knowing Cirina was leaving BS, and knowing she was right outside Asher space, as well Amy telling me she couldn't join Cybot until after she turned herself in, where she'd likely "lose a hand" for leaving (and making a number droid related jokes about it :P)
add in the assumption that BS like other factions unassign ships from members who leave (though based on your response, a slightly flawed assumption) and with Cirina right there, and having just left Asher as well, I was asked to go get her
turns out, other people were asked as well
I went to get her, and it was mentioned to me by one of the other parties invovled that they wanted to get there first, since once Cirina boarded, they could arrest her, and use her to kill Amy
now, ignoring that if Amy joined Cybot, we protect our own unless they do something to one of us or the group as a whole, I could see people going after Amy, the bounty from BS is 250m which isn't anything to sneeze at
and she has more than enough enemies of her own
I'd get it, I wouldn't help of course, but I'd understand it
but saying you'd help an innocent person, in order to arrest them for no reason other than to try and get something else, is something that bothers me
so I ended up staying up a couple hours later than I wanted to, to get there first

BS is currently considering a trade ban on Cybot for your actions in interfering with an ongoing security operation. Officially we're not on the friendliest terms with you anymore, and how far that goes really depends on what you've said here and how the Family Council chooses to interpret it.

Would it be fair to say the summary of this is that Amelia came to you and lied about both her intentions to Black Sun and concerning the unassigning of Cirina, as she was informed multiple times Cirina would be released upon her responding to her summons for punishment. And then deceived you before even becoming a member of Cybot into personally subverting a Black Sun security operation which is currently resulting in Black Sun considering diplomatic actions against Cybot. I think it's a reasonable summary. I can't say it's entirely accurate simply because it is possible that she spoke to me before she was informed about some of those things as I don't know when those conversations (mainly the ones regarding Cirina) took place, and in theory it is possible she spoke to me before them. But on the intentions to BS and the rest, yes that would be an accurate summary

and she has been responding in what seems to be a positive manner about things, I've had to slap her down a few times, but she seems to just apologize about causing problems and stops doing it and move on
i.e.- spoke to her about the BS Intel thing and badmouthing BS, she apologized to me, from what she said, she sent apologies to a couple of BS people (iirc Kyran being one of them) and told them she'd stop
messaged her about the hail she sent, she said she'd cut that out as well
